    Vivino does not work with their delivery partners. I can not recommend them less. You will order the wine you want, it will never get delivered and then they won't refund you. It's a racket.

    I ordered 6 bottles nearly 3 weeks ago. I've been getting emails from Vivino saying that my shipment is being delivered, followed by **** can't find my house'. I've called 4 times, and the customer service folks tell me they have it handled and to not worry. Today, I get an email saying the shipment is being returned to sender because my house can't be found. I live in a well-known neighborhood and have seen *** come down my street multiple times. Complete BS. Do NOT order from this company.

    Vivino is the worst - there is no customer service and their shippingpolicy is terrible I have been waiting 2 weeks for order - I have to take off work to be home for the shipment and it is never delivered when they say it will be - go to your local store stay away from Vivino

    Vivino sent wrong wines, so I submitted a ticket following the instruction on their email, but received no reply after a week. So I submitted another ticket asking for status and still waiting. No reply for 2+ weeks is not acceptable.

    My Vivino experiences have been much better than earlier reviews. Have been ordering from their app (which is excellent) for 6 mos with only 2 order problems (all others perfect). With the first my order was damaged in transit. Vivino notified me immediately and sent a replacement 2 days later. With the 2nd, my order was was received by the distributor but after 10 days had not shipped (normally takes 3 days). I had no response from their app's "virtual assistant" service request function, so found a phone number on-line and called (2 days before Thanksgiving). I human answered after 3 rings, noted my problems, and promised to get back to me. He did the next day, with the finding that the problem was that my state has a monthly limit to amount of wine that can be shipped to an individual, and the wine distributor was waiting for the next month to ship it. Would have been nice for them to have contacted me about this, but I think this was beyond Vivino's control. Had multiple follow-up emails from Vivino to make sure that the order was received, which it was. My impression is that Vivino is a rapidly growing company that has been struggling with customer support, but they seem to be working to improve this. The app and wines have been superb. I'm now a local customer and will continue ordering from them.

    Disreputable. Charged my credit card but wouldn't confirm my order. Calls and emails were a waste of time. No opportunity to escalate the issue to management. Had to get AMEX to reverse the charge. Terrible!

    You can't cancel your monthly club membership which costs $4.99. There's no way to do so on vivino.com. The company responds to emails with instructions that don't work. The email respondent can't just cancel it. The instructions provided for canceling via ********** produce an ERROR message about the inaccessibilitly of the page you want.

    Be very careful. This company charged me for product that was never shipped, holds my funds and will not ship the product or issue a refund. There are other reputable companies.

    Did not get the promised shipment in a week, email was not answered. 50 minutes on a call (including long wait) got me nowhere. Called the actual store just to be told that it did not have all 12 bottles, but might have only six, although even this was not clear...
