    They were supposed to do a vehicle inspection. I didnt do the work at their shop and I returned to finalize the inspection after repairing all of the things that they had asked me to repair then they added things to repair then I took my car back repaired it then I came back and they added more things to repair trying to charge me $150 per reinspection.

    Our goal is always to provide thorough and fair inspections based on the new vehicle safety system state standards. We understand how important clear communication isespecially when it comes to reinspection fees and repair expectations.
    We recognize that this was your third visit, and we want to note that we did not charge a reinspection fee during your second visit, as the recalls have not yet been cleared in the system.
    Each inspection is based on the vehicles condition at the time it is presented. In some cases, new issues can appear between visits. Unfortunately, during the inspection process, the *** Airbag light came on while the vehicle was being driven, which resulted in failure. We are currently working diligently to identify the root cause of the issue, as you requested, so we can help you pass the safety inspection as soon as possible.
