    I had a great experience with **************** and the crew with Sf bay automatic gates. They installed our electric gate and amazing new driveway gate was fabricated from scratch. This guys are very knowledgeable, fair and straightforward. Thank you so much.

    I had owner *** come to my home for estimate on automatic. arm motor for my Rod **** gate. He gave a price for $4500 for a new motor arm. I said fine because. I had a broken. shoulder. They came out Dec. 15 ***** and installer. put on arm on gate. I ask was part defected. Because he had only one key to open gate manually. I said why was it hard to open manually in case it dd not work automatically. I ask about the booklet and other key for the gate. He said the owner guess forgot to give him key and booklet. 3 days later the gate did not work. It would not open or close had to call someone to help with key that did not fit properly. to make gate manually. Unlock. I called *** on Dec. 19, 2022, sent. same guy out 3days after it was. Installed 3 months later did not work again same problem. *** said this is March 30 he would send someone. NO show of anyone I called one his 5 cells no answer or his office. I called guy who installed to see if he was coming. He said he did not work for him anymore only once in a while if *** needed him I offered to pay him to fix he informed from the beginning the Arm was defected and used and *** knew it that why only one key and no booklet. I hired electrician to look and was informed it was not new and wires and been spliced defected.
