  Paypal stole money out of my account on 3 separate transactions, but told me that they did not make the transactions. I have my bank account info showing where they removed the money. Talking to them via phone is a waste of time. My advise Do NOT ever use Paypal!!

  This was part 1 of the dialogue where I was blatantly lied to, had my rights violated, the recipient who I transfer funds with had his privacy invaded, money extracted from his account with an email for notice. This dialogue explains the first complaint of the teo which I send in reverse.   After using the service for simple things 6 or 7 times successfully by sending money from one of my accounts to another one of my accounts both in my name. While I wad away working a winter storm that devastated the east cost of America. My wife was stranded at a gas station with my 3 small children. I remembered xoom working in the past and was going to use it to send the same transaction numbers I've used in the past.A few minutes after sending the money I realized it hadn't arrived yet at 3:35 am. After checking my account I seen the transaction had been flagged for security reasons. I was told to contact support via phone. After calling the number I quickly learned their service wasn't available until 9am. Xoom promised instant money transfers without warning its customers of this fraudulent behavior. They either want to collect information from you to sell it to a 3rd party. Or they're trying to make the process so difficult you eventually cancel the transaction while they keep your fee.Absolutely criminal type behavior. I won't be using this service in the future.

  Allowed my account to be hacked where $864.99 was stolen from my account, sent their fraud department proofs and they denied my claim 3 times. I never even signed up or consented to have a Xoom account, but yet ********************** gave them my information to create a hole for my PayPal balance to ve stolen and they dont honor their claim to offer a full refund if someone steals your account information and makes an unauthorized transaction. Don't use them! Horrible business practices and lairs!

  ***** the rudest most unprofessional representative I dealt with in 6 Plus decades on earth. Horrible service 1 hour on the phone promises promises never lets the transaction go through and disconnects me with no explanation. Rude and disgraceful. With a million other ways to send money I will never use these horrible people or their disgraceful Representatives again. They should start by firing him.. this idiot refused to give us a supervisor when requested numerous times. He is a Disgrace.

  This company is awful small transfer to ******. They want to know to who? why? what? do you know the person youre sending money? Whats the reason you sent money anyway they canceled two of my transfer and I spent hours talking to them online heavy accent, the call goes out of the country. Those kids dont know anything about how to confirm if the transaction is real or not. Is none of their business, if Im sending money to a relative.

  Worst place to send money overseas. They don't want to take responsibility to a reported fraudulent transaction. I had about six transaction reported last Jan 18,2022. The Transaction was made in my account without my their investigation say it is a legitimate transaction. How can it be a legit transaction if I did not made the transaction, the transaction was made thru my account and transfer money to India. I reported it to them as soon as I received notification about the transaction by my bank. I wonder how many more fraudulent transaction like has taken place in this remittance center that was not being reported.
