    I purchased a 12 month ******* premium account from them and after 30 days it was shutoff and the seller deleted their account on the site. I reached out to the site and got no response. Live and learn never again.

    Total scam!! I paid $30 for ***** vbucks and when they finally got back to me 3 days later they said they had to buy and gift me the items from the shop instead of getting vbucks. Not cool. And they still havent gifted either.

    We see the listing states the vbucks are spent by the buyer through gifting. If there are any issues with the purchase, put the purchase on hold/dispute immediately to pause the automatic completion countdown. This will give the seller time to send the rest of the items and/or alert customer service to the problem so a refund can be issued.

    Made a purchase. Item wasn't as described. Seller said they were going to figure it out. And gameflip de idea to just side with the seller without the seller ever getting back to me. Gameflip told me to reach out to the seller when they're the one that fixed with the seller and closed the dispute in favor of the seller.

    Gameflip is a scam. I spent $94 and the codes did not work. I immediately reached out to the seller and they never responded back. I put in a purchase dispute and Gameflip came back stating their policy of no refunds after 3 days. Nice circular scam, the seller doesnt respond back and Gameflip states their 3 day no refund policy

    We are unable to find an account linked to the email address you submitted your review with. If you put a dispute hold on your purchase due to issues with the buyer, this pauses the 3 day countdown timer. If you submitted the same email address associated with your account on this review we'd be able to look into it right away. We recommend you submit a ticket to customer support and attach screenshots of the error message you are receiving when trying to redeem the code. Also include a screenshot of the code redemption history on whatever platform you are trying to redeem the code on. Please include "BBB" somewhere in the body of your ticket so we can find it quickly and look into it.

    Gameflip participates in shady methods of gaining sales, such as making a seller appear "active" when a purchase is being made. I was anticipating my new game to arrive fairly quickly, but I am still waiting! If I knew I had to wait I might have spent my money elsewhere.

    Shop doesn't work. I tried to buy from two sellers, purchase button is gray, everything filled in. Not using any popup blockers. Don't waste your time.Ending up buying from *******************************, no hassle, instant delivery.

This is because it is compared with the information associated with your payment method. Sometimes this can be overlooked which causes the purchase button to not be clickable.     Horrible company, Let's start by them making it difficult to actually make a simple purchase. After jumping through many hoops of Verifying my ID and Credit card details I still cant make one simple transaction. I submitted a ticket and I was blocked out of my account. I reset my password multiple times and nothing. Thanks for wasting my time. I'm so happy I didn't put any money in this company's hands.

    I love using GameFlip. It helps me save so much money on anything I buy digitally.The Gameflip support system is great. When you send a message directly to GameFlip through their support page, I have been using GameFlip for a long time now. And I can say that GameFlip has been the best thing that's happened to me. For getting the best deals possible. 10/10??

    Honestly there a childish company they block you completely with no discussion and have to make new accounts then pay 5.00 with a Credit or debit card for a solid transaction. Then they have the nerve to say well you can use wallet payment which takes extra of your payment out to make a deposit. Then you have to show them your back and front drivers license to prove who you are which to me is like asking for my Social Security Number. That's private no business unless your serving alcohol or smoking items like cigarettes, vapes, ect. It's not ethical and you defiantly don't need selling something that doesn't sit in your hands but through a dumb video game and there's no regulations on how much someone thinks somethings actually worth they don't have to record there sales to higher government officials so to me this is illegal even if it's through gameflip. Then there's the horrific and terrible support ****** sensitive little babies that if they get a disgruntled customer they either block and delete your account without warning and not realizing there site is bugged and has issues and sometimes scammers on it that you never see a ***** back from. At this point they should shut down for malpractice a lack of proper customer care and service and asking for very personal information aka a license picture with you in picture back to front NOT A ETHICAL BUISSNESS and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
