    DO NOT USE/TRUST FLYFIN AI!I signed up for a 7 day trial, realized it was not a service I needed and sent a message to chat (because their phone number is invalid) saying I no longer need the service. After 2 weeks I find out FlyFin charged me $348 for a yearly premium plan that I did not expect or authorize. Wasn't my plan cancelled on day 1 of the 7 day trial? NOPE! They didn't do anything! Wheres the option for me to cancel my plan? nowhere to be found! Wheres a phone number to contact a REAL person? Doesn't exist. This company is shady, disgusting and I hope anyone who sees this and needs help with taxes, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It has been a week battle trying to reach anyone from this company and I had to get PayPal involved and reported the charge as fraud to my bank. Still sitting with no answers. If anyone reads this and needs help with taxes go with H&R Block or TurboTax, somewhere thata reputable!
