On June 2, 2023 I placed an order of approximately $400 with this company. I never received the product that I ordered and they will not communicate with me. They do not answer phone calls or e-mails, and they wont return any messages. They also have not refunded my money after numerous requests to do so.Business Response

They have given this response to others who have complained and they have received nothing. This man is a thief. If does not have my item he should refund my money.

I ordered a motorcycle saddle bag, directly from the company's website and paid via their online PayPal system. The order was placed in March 2023, the only correspondence I received was an emailed paid receipt with "awaiting shipment" status. After calling and emailing to get updates I have yet to hear back. On 4/15/23 I used the chat feature on the website to ask about a custom pillion. I got a phone call from someone and they told me the seat would be to me in 2 weeks. I paid immediately over the phone with my credit card, 3 weeks later no pillion. I did not get a receipt emailed to me. *** tried calling emailing using the chat on their website multiple times and get no response. I understand if there is a delay in manufacture or shipping but, to not return calls or emails is really bad business practice. Either ship my seat or refund my money.Business Response

We can not respond to customers constantly asking for updates. We do not nor will we hire more staff just to babysit customers. We are very busy producing quality items. Here at the BBB you NEVER see a complaint about the quality of our products. Only a few, ( VERY FEW ) that need to be told daily about the progress of their orders.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told I would receive my order in 2 weeks. Calling to find out status multiple times because no return call or any other form of communication, is not needing babysitting. A simple response on when I could expect my order after not getting it when promised is not too much to ask for. I dont do business that way. All I want is the pillion sent out when you said it would be, or let me know when it will be. If that cant be done, just refund my money.

On their website, they say the longest it should take would be 14 days. After ordering one of these bags, I received one that had a blemish across the face of it. Took me weeks to get a response back from them. They made me pay to send the product back to them. And then after they received it, they ghosted me and didn't hear from them for weeks. I had to go through PayPal and submit a claim. Of course after that they responded . Purchased on 11/23/22 and seller never sent any tracking information and would not return phone calls or emails. Opened a paypal dispute and seller provided a tracking number but, never shipped the item. Still wont return my phone calls or email. Called from another number and when I asked about my order, they hung up on me. As long as they provide paypal with a tracking number, paypal will not rule in my favor. We have many happy customers and have since ****. This time of year, every year around the holidays there are a few customer that do not understand that there many customer that order and would like their products before Christmas. Also we do understand that there are a few customers who do not understand that winter storms do affect the transportation industry. Most understand this, even most veterans understand the although we appreciate what they have done for our country, they are still in line for the same product as the rest. WE do understand that some , very few think they ashould have special treatment. We do understand the few.

Order status shows awaiting shipping and has never changed. I have received one email responce on 25 Jul apologizing for the issue and stating they would ship the next week and update the shipping label. Neither happened. I also got a phone call back stating the same with no results. I really want my orders cause the product looks fantastic but I will take a refund also. I ordered a product that was advertised to be made for my model and year motorcycle. I was lead to believe the fit was exact. This was problem #1. I contacted the support email address about returning the product. I was not given a prepaid return label and was instructed to send it back to an address at my own cost.It cost me a significant amount of money to ship back to them. I opted for a signature verification on the shipping label that verified it was received 7/5/2022.At the time of writing this it is 8/2/2022 and I still have not received any money returned for the product. It is almost impossible to get anyone to respond to their chat service and calling on the phone never gets through. I have sent countless emails and left several voice messages. Only one returned phone call was made and this was last week. I was told that they use a third party company for their customer service and return processing. A process that should take about (2) weeks from original receipt of the package. But this has been long over that timeframe.He took my name and number and promised a return phone call after looking into the issue, but no such return call has been made. I am still having trouble getting anyone to answer or respond to any correspondence and all I want is my money returned to me so I can move on. I ordered some motorcycle seats from La Rosa Design on April 25th, and after I received them I decided to go with a different color seat so I called La **** to find out the process for sending them back and they said to put them back in the box with a note stating what Id like to do going forward and ship them back. The seats were delivered back to ************ 13th and I have the tracking number to prove it, but they have not gave me my refund yet and I havent gotten any responses through email or phone, and now their phone number does not work. Id like to either be reimbursed for the cost of the seats or pick out a different color on their website, or at least they should just send me my original order back if they arent going to do anything. This has been going on for too long and something needs to happen.
