      Do not do business with this company. Utterly dishonest Blatant false advertising. Dealing with this company has been the worst experience. I paid extra to have someone come out and do an inventory to guarantee the price. They advertise no hidden fees. That was in obtuse lie. The truck arrived. It was too small, so I was given of choice of what I had to leave behind. Then the hidden fees started coming in. After I complained about the first hidden fee, they took that off. Then they did an inventory at there storage facility Apparently my belongings, we're breeding in there. I got three updated inventory sheets during the month long storage time. Every time they did an inventory, my belongings multiplied, and I was billed. After speaking to a supervisor. I was given a three hundred dollar credit for the thousands of dollars of tools and furniture I had to leave behind. The very same day I was billed three hundred and sixty five dollars for another hidden mystery fee. My guaranteed price of around 5k ended up being over 8k. I am missing several thousand dollars of possessions after delivery. USE ANYONE ELSE!

      We had a great experience with cross country moving company (DOT *******) for a long distance move from ******, ** to ******, **. We worked with ******* ********* (sales) as our contract agent, ***** ******** (AR/**) for the payment, and **** ****** (Operation Team) to coordinate for the move. They all provided comprehensive explanations about the respective step in the move, and were helpful and patient beyond our expectations.Highlight of our move were:1. No change in the price: Unlike what we had heard about notorious moving companies, with this company there was no change in the contract price. They gave us a quote according to our inventory when I first called, and did not charge extra in any other step.2. Great packers: On the pick up date, a professional team packed our furniture in an indestructible way.3. Transparent process: We received an email as soon as the 18 ******* carrying our furniture left the source city, and received updates about the whereabouts of the truck on its way.4. Early delivery: On the pick up date we were given a delivery window for delivery within up to 14 business days. They delivered our furniture only 9 days (business and non-business) after the pick up date.5. No damage to furniture: The delivery was perfect with no damage to our furniture or any of the boxes and their contents.We strongly recommend cross country moving company (DOT *******) for long distance moves and will definitely call them for our next big move.
