      In April of 2022, i engaged Crown to facilitate a move from *******, to ******, ********, via sea transport container. I advanced Crown $70,000.00 (USD) between 5/22 & 9/23. In 2/24 due to import tax concerns, I told Crown the move was aborted. I requested a balance & deliver out quote. On 4/15/24, I was making arrangements with my bank to prepare a wire of monies owed the storage company. Due to the large amount of the wire, just under 98k, my banker advised a Bank Check would be the best. I texted ******************* (hereinafter **************) to obtain payee information for the Bank Check. ************** advised in a text message that Crown [had] paid all this money for you in advance, and that I needed to reimburse Crown, or ************* would have to get our legal department involved Once advised by ************** that Crown had advanced monies on my behalf, and that subsequent funds were to be paid to Crown directly, I contacted my bank to continue preparations for payment. Again, the bank advised me, due to amount being paid to a party who is not in possession of my property, that I confirm, with receipt proof, the exact dollar amounts which had been advanced to the storage company on my behalf by Crown, for which they are seeking reimbursement. I texted Crown, requesting receipts for all monies previously advanced to the storage company on my behalf. I did not receive this proof. To present, Crown has not provided receipts of payments advanced to the storage facility on my behalf, I sought counsel to ensure that Crown, nor the storage facility attempt to auction my property Ive been seeking these records since 15 April, may attorney wrote them on 5/7 and again 5/29. Their legal department has not replied to the emails. As they delay, its another 8k every month. When someone says they advanced money on your behalf and are seeking reimbursement. Its standard procedure to provide receipts of monies advanced. Current balance is over $106,000.
