      I cannot endorse the services provided by Crown WMS based on my personal experience.I engaged their services for a move on September 22nd, 2023.We were relocating within the same building, moving from the 5th floor to the 4th floor.The movers eventually completed the move, and I tipped them for their efforts. Later that same day, I had to depart on a work trip, returning on September 28th. Upon attempting to sleep in our new place, I discovered that our bed felt unstable, swaying like a boat. Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the central railing was missing.On September 29th, I promptly reached out to the main mover, A., and contacted my liaison at Crown WMS, C. A. responded with a text stating, "Everything should be there; we took everything apart and put it back where it should be." I informed him that this was not the case, but he did not offer further response. I patiently waited for another week, hoping for a resolution or response from either party, but none was forthcoming.This lack of communication is disconcerting, especially considering that A. and his team misplaced a critical component during the move and failed to disclose it when reassembling the bed. One would assume that handling king-size beds during moves falls well within their realm of expertise. However, their apparent indifference regarding the missing central rail, despite the presence of wooden support pieces on each side of the bed, suggests a preference for concealing their error rather than addressing it honestly.Additionally, I incurred expenses for a box that was never used for the king-size mattress and additional charges for boxing and unboxing services that were not performed. Furthermore, I had to spend $160 on acquiring a replacement central rail and foot that Crown WMS had lost.I reached out to my contact at Crown WMS, C, once more on October 6th. Regrettably, I have received no response from them since that date.

      Crown Moving stole many of our moved items. It never admitted it, but Crown must be a United *** Lines franchisee as our initial moving bid was from a United rep. Do not use this moving company, as it is in cahoots with United and steals items from your move!!! Then, after you make a claim, it only gives you back about 10% of the good's value, even if you go through 6 months of arbitration(another United-associated *****).When planning a move, follow these guidelines to insure that you do get robbed....take numerous photos of all valuable items to prove your ownership if stolen....closely monitor all workmen at all times...when movers say all items to go have been packed and loaded, Inspect your home for missed items, which is a common occurance with United. Beware, do not ever hire this company or you will be surely the victim of property crime.
