      Deceptive Practices & Abysmal Customer Support After giving Mindbody over weeks to resolve systemic issues and cancel the services that never started, I can confidently say this is one of the worst business software platforms I've ever used. As a studio owner, here's what you're really signing up for: 1. Fraudulent Billing Practices 2. Technical Incompetence they'll vanish when you need support. Save yourself the inevitable FTC complaint and choose literally any competitor. DO NOT TRUST their sales reps' promises - get everything in writing and assume none of it will work.

      The worst company I've ever worked with please don't use them if you are looking for a booking software system. They force you into a 12 month contract without a way out without paying over 2k. They don't offer you a trial and the sales person only shows you a small amount of what the software is like basically shows you what it's like already setup. It took me days with no help from them to set it up. They only transferred my client list via a exported list I had to create in a excel sheet exported from my old system they didn't transfer anything else as I was too "small" for them to do it for free. I should of known not to agree to a contract without a trail I even asked what happens if I hate it after 90 days can I get out of the contract they said they would "work something out" I hated it a month in and they said it was 2.5k to end my experience with them. I waited another 2 months and just couldn't take it anymore as it was just issue after issue. I wish I NEVER worked with this company they DON'T care about small businesses and just want your money!

      Terrible company ! Do Not Publish your business with them. Hopefully you see this review before you go into contract with them. There is no trial period, so please be careful. I asked if this service would be great for a salon suite, I have a two person salon space, i was advised by their sales person and team this is great. It was nothing but headaches from the beginning. I tried to get out of the contract and I am not allowed to. I came to BBB and after seeing so many negative reviews, I hope that mine can help guide someone else when navigating a new business and NOT use their service, unless you have an IT or Management Team. Only a one star review because I can’t leave zero stars.

      What a scam. Bait and switch company taking advantage of small businesses with little to no transparency about their program without actually signing up and paying ridiculous fees. Then will not allow you to cancel (one day later) when you finally enter the program to discover that the program absolutely is unaffordable with lots of hidden fees and all of the labor and onboarding of your current clients has to be done by YOU. Their business model is scaled for much larger businesses, and the specialists will not tell you that. Do not sign any kind of contract with them because you will absolutely not be able to get out. They make you do all the work and you pay them ridiculous. Monthly fees in the 300- 1000 range for a full year - then try to force you to renew annually. No Bueno

      Mindbody have stolen $700/mo from me for months they told me I would receive a data transfer with an additional account and they would down grade my current account. It’s been months and they are charging me I now have to report fraud everywhere I can as they are not honoring my written requests to down grade and CANCEL!

      I am so frustrated and disappointment regarding the $510 dollar charge to my account for a service NEVER used. When I was contacted by the person who was going to set up the next steps to join which Ofcourse was my banking and charging services information I expressed I was no longer interested and would NOT be joining MINDBODY and that I would stay with my current provider she said we understand and if you’re interested just reach back ( I was in the assumption that everything was ok and the subscription was CANCELLED) but I was SOOOOOO wrong! This company is a HUGE SCAM!!! MINDBODY sales representatives pursued you persistently, emphasizing the supposed benefits of joining, and make certain promises about how the platform would benefit the business.I felt pressured to join and was not given adequate time to review the contract thoroughly before committing. I feel that key aspects of the service, including specific terms of the contract, pricing structure, or any cancellation conditions, were not transparently explained. As a result, I committed without fully understanding the impact on my business. This situation is both frustrating and inconvenient costing me to $510 dollars and overdraft charges. Now, I am struggling to comply with the contract terms, which seem designed to lock clients in without any flexibility. Given the circumstances, I believe it is only fair for MINDBODY to provide a path for modifying or canceling the contract without further financial penalty. Attempts to address this issue with the support team have not resulted in any reasonable solution or assistance with my concerns. Exchanged tons of emails with different representatives but none have an answer and can’t even transfer you to a manager because they are only available through zoom and you have to schedule an appointment. MINDBODY PRACTICES are a SCAM BE AWARE!!! They will lock you in with no way of CANCELLATION!

      MindBody operates with defective information, illegal rules and horrendous support. Their customer support is poor and inconsistent. Multiple service employees never have the same answer. I purchased and paid for license and merchant account in 2012 but they do not consider me the owner; they told me my employee who was hired in 2018 was the owner and was the only one who could make requests or changes. This is outrageous and illegal. Now, I am the owner when I want to cancel the contract as studio is closing. MindBody makes cancellation of the license and merchant account unnecessarily difficult. Their only concern is to squeeze as much money out of the business. They could care less that the studio is closing down. This is an incompetent and greedy company. Stay away from them and find a different

      I received phone calls from Brian trying to get me to sign up. He kept on trying to give me deals saying that I would get 30 days for free then 60 90 then six months finally I said OK because he said that I could cancel at any time if I did not think that this was a good fit for me. I have tried canceling it. I have not been able to set up my Mindbody because there is no support whatsoever. It has been nothing but time-consuming and costing me money on my end, trying to reach out to them. I have already contacted my credit card and shut that down. I have several emails saying that I cannot cancel until after subscription ends. It was supposed to be $200 a month starting in October And that’s if I wanted to continue because I was supposed to get 3 months for free. It is 295. Brian told me I had no obligation that I could cancel it anytime and I’ve been reaching out for the last couple of weeks try to cancel and they will not. This company scams you they say they will help you with setting everything up and there is no support. They are rude, never call back only emails. I have not set up my app They do not have any support you cannot do anything without them they only want to video chat. I signed up June a month later I still have not got any assistance they will not cancel until 2025. Please help me to resolve this I cannot afford it this is just been costing me money and taking up my time. I have vagaro cost $30 a month. It may not have everything that Mindbody offers but if you don’t get any support to even set up your Mindbody then it’s pointless. so please be aware of going with Mindbody. Make sure that you understand their policies because they did not inform me of any of this. Brian had told me that I could cancel it Anytime within my three month for free he never told me anything else and I never signed anything so I’m not sure how they are trying to uphold a subscription that I did not even sign. Please help??

      they play dirty pool. sign you up for their money siphon then trap you by making it impossible to escape. offer no support yet expect top dollar. they really should be investigated. this is criminal.
