Very unprofessional company and they don't respect time and energy candidates committed with them. They gave me an assessment and asked me to submit within 3 days. When I was about to submit, they just sent me an email saying the position was canceled. So I wasted a few days with them for nothing. If they can't even plan well for 3 days, then how can you trust them for any operation longer than that?

Mindbody charged me “by accident” $150 33 times so $4950 in matters of minutes and claimed they had a glitch in their system on 12/21/23. They did not call me to inform me about the glitch not once. My gym that uses mindbody to book their clients were the ones who noticed and called me and called them. All they said was I’m sorry and I should get my refund the next day. It is now 12/26/23 and I’ve yet to get my refund. I had to call them directly and still haven’t got a reasonable explanation to why it happened. All they said I have to wait 3-5 business days. They inconvenience me during the holidays and also at the end of the month when all my bills are due. I didn’t get any compensation or nothing. If it wasn’t for me calling them and emailing them I would’ve never hear from them at all. This is extremely unacceptable and I will no longer use this system and I highly recommend no one does either.

As a New Small Business I was mislead into thinking this software was an EMR and it is not. I specifically asked if it was and it is not. There is no place for medical history, medications , there isn’t a place for vitals or for treatment plans or for medication administration. There isn’t a format for MD to go in and sign charts or treatments and I found this out after I signed up . I notified them by phone and email that the software did not have what I needed and I wanted a refund and I wanted to cancel they said I was locked into a contract for 12 months that they would Refund me 1st month for the misunderstanding but that I was responsible for the next 11 months . It’s not Hippa Compliant . This software does not serve me or my clients and is discouraging to know that they acknowledge the deception and are willing to compensate me for 1 month. I would have never signed a 12 month contract with them.

I'm deeply disappointed by MINDBODY, due to their unethical practices and potential breaches of agreement terms. They claim I signed a digital contract but haven't provided timestamp evidence through DocuSign. There's no email history for the DocuSign document, raising accountability issues. MINDBODY's terms mandate records of transactions under term 14.10, yet these are missing. Their contract terms limit legal recourse and bar class-action lawsuits, seemingly to protect themselves. The items they provided didn't align with their terms, failing to validate the DocuSign, especially the envelope ID information. This lack of transparency and potential breach of agreement terms require investigation. I request BBB intervention to hold MINDBODY accountable. My aim is to alert others to these pitfalls and encourage support for more trustworthy companies.

I have submitted multiple electronic requests for cancellation of a portion of my software package since 1/5/2023, and every month since, but I am still being charged in August. That's $1,600 worth of payments.

Tribe Inclusive Learning Platform is an online platform offering educational and recreational classes for teens and adults with disabilities (a nonprofit organization). Tribe Inclusive has worked with Mindbody as our software host for about 2 years. We are disappointed to say the very least. Unfortunately, we have had to shut our doors due to financial struggles. Proof of this was shared with Mindbody and although the emotional stress and hardship of clients losing their program was hard enough, Mindbody has decided to continue with a monthly bill months after closing our doors. Although every person we have been transferred to to discuss this with has repeated their apologies, nothing has been done to lighten the financial burden on a closed program. Mindbody and its outrageous fees, lacking customer service who only sends articles when paying thousands of dollars per year, has continuously been disappointing since we were disillusioned by their sales team. It has become clear that this company only cares about financial gain. We believe their customer services are unethical and hope to warn other businesses about working with Mindbody.

Mind Body software is not functioning AT ALL. Clients cannot find my listing. The company is unreachable. Spent over $1000.00 and still not up and running. It's become a scam! Mindbody is not able to get the glitches fixed so they just don't respond to emails or calls and they simply ding your card. You cannot freeze the card, there is nobody with authority to do that or to give you a copy of your contract that they claim you are under and never have sent. When you call you are put on hold for long periods, then someone talks to you who has NO POWER, they "upgrade" your issue to the great Void! Since June I have been phoning, emailing, to the great void.. I went through the same thing 5 years ago and ended up giving them $800.00 for no service. Mindbody ONLY WORKS if you have a BRICK AND MORTAR BUSINESS. They will tell you that they have VIRTUAL ONLY ACCOUNTS to sell you but THEY DON'T! Their software is CUMBERSOME AND OUTDATED, Sort of seems like instead of building a new platform they just keep adding onto an old system that was okay 10 years ago. When I saw the fancy "video streaming" offer they have I thought the software would support that, but it doesn't! Don't do it! Don't buy this scheduler as they have "no support" No one to talk to. The management is NOT HOME! I'm going to have to cut off the card and file with BBB. So disappointed

Mindbody is a scam. Working with their software has been a nightmare. They take money from my credit card, and will not terminate my contract though they cost me thousands of dollars as well as thousands of dollars in business. The software old and is poorly coded software. Customers can not register for classes, access family memberships and I get email after email about it. When discussed with mindbody support, they told me that it's on me... That is a lie. I call customer service regularly, wait on line for hours to have a person who does not know the software give me an unrelated answer. Mindbody does not deliver what it says its going to deliver. The cost money and will have you loose business. AVOID them at all costs!

I dragged my feet for over a year before finally signing up. I was afraid the switchover to a new scheduling software was going to be very difficult. They offered 12 months at 50% off, so I went ahead and signed up. After two months of ‘onboarding’ set up, spending over 60 hours of time between me and my business partner, and $600 in billing, we have decided that it is way too complicated. We have not even gone live. But we are being told that we are not eligible to cancel because of the contract. So MindBody would rather create a very angry voice by charging me another $3000 in fees? My bad. I should never have signed a contract for 12 months before trying something out. Lesson learned. But shouldn’t a company retain people because they LOVE IT- rather than because they were forced?? I HATE the company now, whereas before I would have merely disliked their software.

I have used MindBody software for my small business for over 12 years. While I used to be a fierce defender of MindBody, I am now writing a bad review and cancelling my membership. The past couple of years have been tough for many companies, but the last month with MindBody has made it impossible for me to defend them any longer. During the last weekend of August, my credit card terminal was hacked, and almost $14k was charged over 4 days in almost 600 separate - all $25 charges made to a single fraudulent account, and all from stolen credit cards belonging to Utah residents. My studio is in NJ. I learned of the fraud on Sunday 8/28, and reported it when only a few dozen charges had been made. Knowing what I know now, they could have stopped it. Instead, they let charges continue on until 8/31. They said that they had the situation under control, and their investigation only revealed a weak website captcha... their attempt to steer blame to their sister company, LiveEdit. On 9/8, they started ripping thousands of dollars from my account... all $40 charges - $25 + $15 chargeback fee. I never received money from the fraud, and MindBody knew that. They told me the money would never be deposited into my account, and that if any snuck through that I would NOT be charged penalties or chargeback fees because I, too, am a victim. It has been a nightmare. I had to put a stop on my account, and while they can still credit they have not paid me in 2 weeks! I had to file a police report. They have done serious damage to my business. They don't even deserve the 1 star that I was forced to give.
