DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. or if you do, expect to lose your core charges... very common in others reviews, they claim they only received 3 of the 8 injectors i sent them, and said no fuel lines in box. They refuse to take responsibility, and ups fail to take responsibility. So im out 600 bucks. Its a shame. They did refund 300 dollars but im confident this is a scam. Do many reviews with the same exact scenario

We hold ourselves to high standards of integrity and would never “scam” one of our customers out of their core deposit. We process hundreds of cores daily and pride ourselves in the high level of accuracy we maintain as well as the transparency we provide our customers by fully documenting each core return. This can be attested to by 1000+ customers per month who return their cores correctly and subsequently receive full credit. As you are well aware, your core return package was received heavily damaged, due to a combination of both insufficient packaging on your part as well as rough handling by UPS. Neither of these factors are within our control so we are unsure what leads you to believe we should be held responsible for the damage and missing contents. As you know, the condition of the package was documented by UPS before it was delivered to us, a fact which can be verified simply by checking the tracking information . We also provided you photos of the package as it was received documenting the poor condition upon arrival and offered to assist you in filing an insurance claim with UPS, unfortunately we never heard back from you. I bought injectors for my 02 LB7 Duramax. Easy process. The shipping was quick. Even though there wasn’t a need for it, customer service kept in touch with me via email. Ordered full set of injectors for 6.0 powerstroke. The injectors have about 1500 miles on them and the truck runs great, but time will tell on how long they will last. Injectors were delivered in very short time,. Core refund was paid promptly.InjectorsDirect.com

I got a full set of 6 refurbished injectors for my 06 cummins so far have had no issues 2k miles later and the kit i ordered was super complete came with every part needed to correctly install them. Also the prices of their refurbished injector kits is second to none best value on the market by far 10 out of 10 would recommend them if youre in need of new injectors. One last thing is you can send your injectors in as cores before you receive the new ones so you can skip the core payment which to me was a huge plus!InjectorsDirect.com

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you were unsatisfied with your experience, but we think it is important to clarify some facts of the situation.
You shipped your core return to us via UPS and it was received in a severely damaged condition, with 5 cores missing. This was documented at the time of delivery with the UPS driver. We provided you photos of the damaged package and advised you to initiate an insurance claim with UPS, as core return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer, which is clearly outlined in our core return policy.
We do our best to help when core return shipping issues occur, even when they are outside of our control, and did offer to assist you in filing a claim for the damaged package/missing contents. Unfortunately we can’t be held financially responsible for lost or damaged items caused by inadequate packaging or damage in transit.
We stand behind our service and products, and we make every effort to be transparent and fair throughout every part of the process. We have presented you with reasonable solutions to your concerns, but you have refused to participate in any of them. We understand the situation was frustrating, but we feel it’s important to represent the facts accurately.
