Make sure you read all the fine print. Had to retune they injector, and they charge me 15% to simply open up a box look at it and put it back on the shelf. I guess they’re that desperate for money. They are definitely going to reply with some excuse that everything is disclosed. Yes it’s disclosed but in fine print and not in big bold letters. I’ll never use them again.InjectorsDirect.com

To accommodate those looking to avoid the restocking fee, we offer a store credit option that provides a full refund with no fee. This credit doesn’t expire, allowing flexibility for future purchases.

BUYER BEWARE! SOLD BAD INJECTORS AND WILL NOT REFUND
I purchased a new set of injectors for my Ford and upon installing they were already failing. This set my repairs back as we assumed the injectors were good and began testing the fuel pressure, lines, sensors etc. After a week we went back to the injectors and they tested bad and were physically damaged. This in no way should happen to any new injector after being installed. We ended up going to the dealer to get a new set and installed on the truck and it has been running fine since. They declined to refund me as well and instead wanted send me a replacement set that I no longer need or want. Save your time and money and buy from somewhere else.InjectorsDirect.com

Hi **- We regret to hear you had issues with your repair however the story you shared here leaves out important facts pertaining to the situation. Your order was placed 6/23/24 and delivered 6/26/24. You contacted us 8/12/24 stating you were experiencing issues with your repair, we provided you instructions to initiate the warranty return process via email the same day. You never responded to our email nor did you return the parts in question to us. Further, you never made us aware that the parts were physically damaged. The injectors you purchased were physically intact and tested to factory specifications prior to shipping from our facility. Regardless, we did offer to assist in resolving your issue. You chose to retain possession of the parts and dispute the charge with your credit card issuer instead of participating in the warranty return process, unfortunately we cannot refund you for parts that you have refused to return to us.Review fromDan B

I ordered parts to repair my duramax after my cp4 went bad. I ordered my parts and they didn't ship super fast but I paid for 3 day shipping and it took 6 days to get them. After I took my truck apart my father passed so I didn't return my parts with in my 28 day window so my card was charged. When I did return them about 45 days later they received them they credited me the same day. So overall I had a good experience. It's nice to have a company do what they say .
