    I purchased from their website 6/5. Shipping says between 5-10 business days. I have still not gotten the item or even an update on my order or a response from the company. I have emailed and reached out through social media. I want the item.

The customer also received notification of her shipment on 6/19 as well as followed up with all her inquiries with our customer service team.

    I was given a gift certificate for $250 at the beginning of June and have been trying to use the gift certificate since then. They have nothing available in stock and was supposed to be back in stock in September. Nothing that I want has been available still. I sent a message to inquire about this and they refuse to refund me the money. I just want to order the sandals that I want and be done with them. I was told there are other options that are not my style. Why even have options that are always out of stock? I want what I want and that’s the reason why my boyfriend gave me this gift. I can’t order anything that I’m interested in and it’s already been over 3 months. The summer is over and the sandals I want can’t be worn until next season. This business is horrible. They need to be able to have their products available to be a business. I am really upset about the customer service.

    I placed an order for shoes and detachable heels for my wedding on June 1st for $125. I did receive a discount given I become a brand ambassador and advertise the shoes to my wedding guests. My wedding is scheduled for 9/30. When I placed my order, the heels were pre-order shipment with advertised shipment of August. I had my dress fitting 6/30 and still had not received my order and was told they were waiting to ship the entire package together once the pre-order heels came in. As I needed them for my fitting, I canceled the heels order and pushed through the shoes. On 7/8, I placed another order for the same heels, expecting shipment in August (as advertised) for $70.32. August came and went with no heels or update from the company. After reaching out, I was told they were experiencing shipping delays and were expecting to send things out 9/17. They did not. I reached out again and was told they would be shipped on the 20th. They were not. In each email interaction, I am being told they are experiencing delays and cannot guarantee any shipping timeframe. I explained these shoes are for my wedding and tried to work with them to get expedited shipping, which they refused. In each of my interactions, they have not been able to work with me to find a solution and now I am 4 days out from my wedding without shoes. I've asked to be able to return all of my previous orders as the shoes are of no use to me, and they refuse to acknowledge my request. As I placed the orders months ago, I am outside my window of return and I feel pigeonholed as I am out $195.32 and will need to search for additional shoes. I feel as though they falsely advertised the shipping, have not sent any updates with waiting customers, and are refusing to try to work with customers to rectify their mistakes.
