    They. Are. Horrible.
    They actively hide and bury any bad reviews about their company.
    They also claim to have a return policy, but if you try to return or exchange a shoe they will lie and refuse to return or exchange.
    I had a pair that I TRIED ON once. No damage, dirt, or marks on them. And they claim that they are "used and dirty ". I wore them NOWHERE.
    Their customer service is rude and useless and they are breaking federal laws by REFUSING returns.
    There are 3 other companies that make shoes like these and honestly, they're better.

    I ordered multiple different orders that shipped timely and arrived as promised or faster. One order was damaged/defective and I sent an email at the end of their office hours with pictures asking how to proceed. I received a response and replacement shipping notification in less than an hour. I am very impressed with their customer service and products.

    I have also had the same experience as that listed belies placed an order for two shoes weeks ago and order has not even moved. Said delivery domestic within 7-10 days and my orders are MIA. Good luck trying to reach anyone :)

    I placed an order a month ago, I have not received my shoes yet. I called their phone number, it has been disconnected, I emailed info as they stated in their website twice, all I get is an automated response back, nothing else. Very disappointed, I will keep trying to see if I can at least get my money back, they are not cheap shoes.

    90 days later and still NO shoes and when I first made the inquire regd the status I was told that the shoes I had ordered were a "Pre-Order" although it did not state that when I purchased them. Originally on the website it stated that my shoes would arrive in 7-10 business days. When I called I was told that 60 days later my shoes should arrive. 10 days ago I was finally informed that my shoes have arrived at the warehouse and are ready to be shipped STILL NO SHOES and have not been shipped. Just tried their phone number 805--***-**** and it is not in service. BTW...I have paid for the shoes. Not sure if I will ever get the shoes nor am I sure if I even want the shoes at this point.
