    I'm being generous with my stars since most of the stickers are great. The scratch and sniff stickers stink of something other than what they claim to be. I had two subscriptions, one pro and one kids. Of the 24 month packages sent, 12 were delayed, lost or very very late. I got called the wrong name multiple times in email correspondences. I wasn't mad. It's just so disappointing since the stickers are quite good and there is a supply and shipment issue.

    They ****. Their cancel button doesn't work from a mobile device. They don't disclose, on their website, that you need to use a computer if you want to cancel. My biggest complaint, and concern, is that they charge credit cards on file that are not authorized for that subscription type. It's set up so that you could conceivably have a different card for each subscription you have with Pipsticks. My bank account was debited $70 even though the card associated with that subscription is totally different. The debit card number they have on file was cancelled due to fraud. This charge never should have went through. I took a screenshot of it to prove it before I cancelled all my subscriptions with them. I've tried for over 48 hours to get in contact with them about a refund for the $70 they were not authorized to take, but it's been crickets. No response. You don't even get an email confirming your message was received and when you can expect a response. They are total c*****!

    Deceptive billing cycle practices lead to them sending me stickers for two months after I reached out to cancel by email (itself a practice that skirts the definitions and guidelines established by the FTC, and well outside the new EU laws). When I emailed back to reiterate that I didn't want shipments or to be charged, and could they please refund any charges after I had sent my cancellation email, they condescendingly offered a "one-time courtesy refund". When I told them their billing model sucks, they explained the billing model even harder to me. It still sucks, just in greater detail! I can only pray I've wasted at least $17.95 USD of their agents time.
    Here's the thing - their stickers are great, and the monthly subscription thing fits that product really well! The value is good, the art quality is mostly solid (I don't like the matte stock but that's just me).
    That's why it's so darn annoying that they engage in what is called "roach motel" practices - like come on guys. Slowing down the churn (the total percentage of customers who leave in a month) by a month or two doesn't benefit you in the long run. Alienating and scamming your customers who *might* have become return customers later is going to drive those numbers just as hard. This stuff is for kids, it's supposed to fun, why are you making this so hard? Are your finances in such bad shape that you can't project the churn rate and float the difference with the printer month to month? That's a normal operating cost of running a mailed print subscription. Pushing that off to the consumer is confusing and deceptive and just confusingly stupid.
    Good news though, Blick carries them and while it'll still support them a little, they'll get a much much smaller profit off the purchase and I won't have so many weird ugly retro ones to offload on friends and kids if I'm buying a la carte.

    Never shipped my package, I finally cancelled and they have taken my 20$ and ran, never fulfilled my order.

    They have no possible way to stop your subscriptions or change your payment online. The customer is awful at returning any communication so you are stuck paying monthly for a product you no longer want or need.

    Scam. Ordered August 1st and my order still says unfulfilled. The said it would ship out today but it hasn’t and business is closed. They make it impossible to cancel online. I am reporting fraud to my CC company because this has to be the most unprofessional “company” I’ve dealt with.

    Stickers are sub par and repetitive. The customer service does not exist. And they make it impossible to cancel a subscription.

    Ordered April 7. Shipped May 9. Still awaiting arrival as of June 9. They keep pushing the delivery date back further and further. Once i asked for a refund they stopped replying to me. SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
