    Great! Except... NO. You will wait an ETERNITY before getting your goods. They claim their warehouse is in Texas, but the delay before any action on a tracking number begs to ask us, is it in China? Not very responsive to emails, either. You can see from other reviews you won't get your product in time for, well, anything.

    The quality of the product is very good... assuming you actually get it. The first time I ordered loose sticker sheets, they charged me $40 in shipping, which was interesting because they mail the same amount of stickers in their monthly subscription packs for $2. When I questioned this, customer service informed me that they're a small business that doesn't have the big business connections with shipping companies. The logic doesn't work, in my opinion.
    That was back when customer service actually got back to you. For the past 6 months, they've been claiming that they're expanding/moving warehouses, training new CS staff, etc. and so their response time will be slow. Three weeks after sending my email query about a missing order (6 weeks after they sent me the tracking email - with a tracking number that doesn't exist, as usual), I was still waiting for a response. It wasn't until I finally posted a comment on their Facebook page that someone finally got back to me. If you look at their social media comments, this is a consistent pattern.

    I ordered stickers. Nearly 30 dollars worth! No stickers and it’s been over 20 days now. This company needs to improve or shit down. Worst experience. And yes the customer service is bad. They try to back pedal and everything. How do others love them and get their stickers while many others don’t?

    Your online store (non subscription) order was shipped on December 3rd, it appears that this was lost in transit with UPS. While we wish we could control the delivery of your product after we hand it off to the carriers, we can't. We know it's frustrating when something you ordered gets lost and I see our team offered (and sent) replacements for the order that was lost in transit by UPS.I see that our customer service team responded to your inquiries quickly (within 3 business days) and with full detail of what was going on. I see the replacement order was shipped quickly and delivered without issue.

    Customer service very slow to reply, and not willing to fix problems of their own making. Very slow shipping. Stock runs out and replacements are not sent.

    I really enjoy this company’s products, however, their customer services is simply atrocious. So far this year I have had three separate issues with my subscription. I have either received the wrong subscription, or no subscription at all. This most recent incident, I emailed customer service OVER THREE WEEKS AGO, and…….. no response. Nothing. Very quick to take my money, yet very slow to take any accountability for repeatedly not delivering goods as advertised (and paid for). It’s incredibly frustrating to see a company constantly put their subscriptions on sale for *new* customers, but their current established customers can’t even get a response for their valid complaints. Kind of a gross way to run your business.

We've created a replacement order for the correct stickers, issued a refund, and provided you with a gift card. We are a small business that is currently experiencing some major growing pains and really can't thank you enough for your patience - we know how frustrating it can be to wait for a reply and we assure you that this is NOT our typical response time. My teammates and I are working around the clock to get caught up. Our Warehouse and Customer Service teams are actively catching up and will be back to our standard turnaround time ASAP!

    I placed a subscription and it took over a month to get the first shipment, which had been advertised as October holiday themed stickers. Instead I got what they called a "fan favorite" replacement and upon further inspection, they just sent me stickers from a March 2021 collection they had! So disappointed and customer service has not replied.

    If you subscribe based on what you see on instagram, you have no guarantee you’ll receive those stickers. Even when the captions read “sign up to receive these stickers”. They have a section in the FAQs on their site that states if they run out of the stickers they can send you whatever is available. Even if you order a fall sticker pack, they can send you a 19-month old pack of stickers that are rainbows and parrots. I complained on Instagram about not receiving the right stickers and they blocked me. This company is shady.

    September of 2022 has shown most of us subscribers that this company does not and will not care about its customers or doing anything right. Most of received the wrong subscription, ranging from one that's months old to years old, because they ran out of/did not have enough stock to fulfill all subscriptions. I have not received a response for 2 weeks, and they continue to turn off comments complaining about their customer service or asking for updates, sharing frustrations, etc. It is not worth it to pay $17+ a month to not get what you ordered. And this is even more disheartening and frustrating when september/october are my favorite months and the products are always my favorite. What a horrible, horrible company. They need to hire so many more people and fire anyone who has let it run like this for so long.

    Thank you so much for reaching out. I see that our team has resolved your issue and sent out the replacement product. We've sent out several emails and posted several times on social media about our delay in hopes to let our customers know where we are at. We understand that this long turnaround on both orders and customer service responses is not ideal and we're working as quickly as we can to get back to normal turnaround times. We're a small business experiencing some major growing pains and wish we could magically resolve these issues however, it takes time to hire and train new team members before they can hop on and assist with the catch-up.
    We are working through our customer service and order queue as quickly as we can. We are correcting any misshipped orders with replacements as necessary.
