      Each time a tutor is assigned, they fail to continue, and we are repeatedly sent new tutors. This lack of consistency disrupts the learning process for my child, as there is no continuity or proper transition between sessions. Instead, we are left to pay for hours that yield no meaningful progress. This ongoing issue has caused significant frustration and wasted time without any benefits. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a refund for the remaining 10 hours on my account. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding how we can proceed with the refund process. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I sent several emails about this issue to tutor hero and I informed them that if no see any respond from that company, we need to file a claim on BBB (please see the copy of last correspondence)

      I talk to a representative on the phone and was told that if my first session with the tutor would be a trial run and if i decided to not go through with it that i would receive a refund but they're now telling me that i would not. I'm very upset about this because if i knew this i would not have went through with the offer. I would like my refund back.

      We have refunded this customer as she had asked. This customer paid in a way that does not allow for an electronic refund, or paid too long ago to allow for an electronic refund, and she got impatient waiting for a check. Sadly we do refund/cancel about 10% of our clients, but 95% of those refunds are done electronically/nearly instantaneously.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22142121, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I have finally received my refund it took three months if my complaint was the reason thank you for your assistance in this matter

      The issue I paid for a tutoring service and never got it I just want my money back.

      We reached out a few weeks ago to get a tudor for our niece. They were glad to take our payment and we were promised a tudor would reach out to us. They've deducted two payments from us but we still haven't heard from a tudor. It's too little too late, our niece has a test tomorrow and we needed a tudor. Can't chance her future on this. Please refund...

      I pay Grade Potential $ 2,496 for my kid's tutoring the tutor is no longer working for the company and I never called to advise the tutor no longer works for them I had to find out myself. I had reached out and asked someone to call to make arrangements for another tutor and ask for the remainder of my money and they declined to do so.
