      Business provides our payroll software and we have used AME Software for over 20 years combined. I understand the company has sold. However, they have closed down the last 4 weeks and it is payroll reporting year end needs that the company is falling short and we can not get anyone to answer any emails or phone calls.

      We took care of CID#******** outside of BBB portal.
      Our Client was notified that the company was sold and program was being updated.
      Since her complaint, she has already returned to using are software.
      At the time of complaint, we experienced at lot of phone calls due to end of year renewals.
      Most clients know that it is hard to contact them in a timely manner.
      Please advise if there is any additional information needed. Thank you

      Dear Sir/Madam:I purchased payroll software that I have used in years past. This year I have waited weeks for call backs. Currently I do not have the ability to prepare quarterly reports on the old system. The new system is the only system that has the payroll reports I need to prepare. I spent time waiting on the phone for someone to help me open the new program. The post card I received in the mail did not work. The new program does not take out the correct amount of taxes. So I have payroll in two systems. I do not know how the employee year to dates amounts can be right working in two different systems. I am currently waiting for a response from a phone call last Friday, an e mail over the weekend and a phone call today. I am behind because the program is not working properly, I can't get help and it is doubtful I will meet my deadline.
