      Pro Pacific is the most reliable rodent service we have ever had. They have been taking care of our pest control needs for over 7 years. Their techs are knowledgeable and thorough. We are very satisfied.

      I had this business treating my home for ants for several years. The agreed price every time they come every 3 months is $93.50.This time they charge to my credit card $142, I never received a letter or E mail or phone call telling me it was going to be an increase. Not even when I made the appointment that was cancelled twice due to the rain. I called them 5 times, they reassured me they would refund $48.50 to my account, instead they give me the run around that they will credit it to my next visit.Of course, the way they have treated me they can forget me doing business with them.Poor ethics and lies, no supervisor came to the phone once

      Pro Pacific provides me with quality service. I first got in touch with them years ago about a bee infestation. Then I decided to also use them for rat and gopher issues.
