I'm filing this claim because my PlayStation account was recently banned for 60 days. My PlayStation Id is BIGSHOTBLIZZZ. I believe this was done by mistake or the doing of someone else on my account. I was recently hacked, and I couldn't log in to my account on June 6,, but once I got access back to the report, I was banned. I believe these doings were done by the person who hacked my account. I have proof of the person threatening to get my account banned if I ever access it. I've previously opened claims about the situation, but the problem reoccurred, which I didn't expect; hopefully, I can get the same support as before to resolve the issue. Hopefully, this time, any wrongdoings, including PlayStation messages on my account, can get removed, so the blame doesn't fall on me again. I'm a loyal PlayStation customer. I recently had my ps4 stolen and I purchased a new one. I had gone to activate my new PlayStation as my primary but it had been deactivated online. Now it is saying I have to wait 6 months to reconnect it. Ive been playing on PlayStation my whole life and never encountered something as annoying as this issue. I filled a missing item case on Case Date: 3/16/2022 with PlayStation 5 because I ship my PlayStation 5 in for repairs and I when shipped back it was not delivered to my home I called several times 2x a month two both ***** and PlayStation wanting to know the result only to be hang up on or told its still u under review as of 7/26 this is $700 item that is misplaced with no resolution at allBusiness Response

Jaiden GonzalezI wanna know how shutup and trashcan breaks the community guidelines those are not curse words. and I forgot to tell you this but before my account got suspended I got a notification that I have been signed out of my account so I tried to sign in and it said it was the wrong password So tried to change my password but it didnt work so I didnt have my account for a 2 hours so I just got off the game and then I got a email that my account was suspended so I Look at the email and then I filed a complaint cause I didnt know what I got suspended for and somebody had my account and they changed my password so for all I know they couldve texted someone or something to get me suspended cause I know I sure didnt so my account has been suspended because of somebody else that wasnt me if they did say some mean things that wasnt me so I would like to have my account back or for you to shorten the suspension and as well as my password changed.
