    I recently got MY ACCOUNT STOLEN from me because of the new qr code feature and my credit card that was on my game or a purchase from my purchase history and the playstion online assistant just go ahead and change my information for him and when I try to recover my account before I can even do the security questions that they ask they just say sorry due to security reasons we cannot make any further changes to this account. They also say to make a new account, why would I make a new account if I spent well over $14000 on that particular one and they wont let me recover it. They need to do better.

    I bought the gta online game add on under the belief that it could be played online without extra fees.i was not informed that a separate subscription (PS Plus) was required to access the content.I were misled by being able to play once, and then denied access later.The game is non-functional for me intended use (online play), which is what I paid for.

    **** recently released a game from Build a Rocket Boy and IO Interactive studios. Mindseye is arguably a mess of a game, one of the worst I've ever played. Studios make flops all the time, but ****'s service was subpar, and their treatment of me as a customer was even worse. I spoke with them twice via chat, as that is the only way to reach them. The first tech made me explain all the steps I'd taken, only to acknowledge that the dame had many issues they were aware of, but said I had to wait for a patch.I said I didn't want to wait, as the game was broken, which they stated I'd broken their return policy, and downloaded the game. IT IS A DIGITAL GAME. I can't tell that it's broken unless I download it first. In my mind, digital games are dead as far as pre-orders go, and **** has terrible policies. I'd delete my account, except I'd lose all of my digital content on their platform. **** has terrible service with worse polices and are less helpful to the customers than themselves. ****** learned, it's back to PC gaming for me and this thing will collect dust aside from my older library.

    Paid for 3 year of ps plus upfront and my membership is valid till 2027 but they won't let cancel and get my money back . I also bought gane that lags and is not playable to the standard that was stated on the game link . They won't refund or give credit because 14 days have pasted... horrible company if you have to get membership only pay monthly .

    I canceled my PlayStation Plus account because I don't use it anymore and I want a refund. I have no way of contacting **** through the phone since their bot does not offer a phone number and the chat bot cannot send me to an agent. I have called several times and by the phone numbers available online and they all said that they are closed or that no agents are available to take my call. I have no way to email **** to contact them to talk about a refund also. What kind of billion dollar, money making company is **** that they do not have any human agents available to answer a customer's call and assist them with a cancellation and refund? That isn't right legally or morally. I canceled my PlayStation Plus account and I do not want it ever again. I would like someone from **** to contact me so I can get a refund and have this matter settled immediately. I would give **** zero stars if I could because what company offers no way for their customers to contact them to resolve their issues or refund them?

    Anti-Consumer Refund Policy, They have no regard for a consumer when a supplier is producing a ****, unfinished, buggy, not working mess. I let it slide in 2020 when cyberpunk was originally released, and they gave refunds back in the same week within 2 days. Now they claim i cannot make a refund even though the product they are attempting to cover over (Mindseye) is UNFINISHED. I Just Want A Refund From This Anti-Consumer Company

    The PlayStation Network will not allow me to reset my password because it will not send me a link even though the email listed is the correct one. There is no human being that I can speak to about this only automated chatbots. That should be illegal in this needs to be regulated. I am incapable of using my PlayStation in any capacity so the $500 spent on it plus the $1,000 more spent on software is now completely wasted. This is a bug that has been reported on the internet for at least 2 years. **** needs to be fined a couple billion dollars so that they understand that they need to get their act in order. I will absolutely never buy another **** product for the rest of my life as I've wasted hours of my life trying to fix this and now my PlayStation is a dead weight. Completely and utterly unacceptable.

    ********** customer service. I just want a refund for ********. Playstation Support keeps quoting that a refund is no longer eligible since I played the game for 50 minutes. Mindseye is a broken mess on PS5 and unplayable.

    **** literally has the worst customer service and its shocking to me since I dont need to play on playstation. I can go PC or XBOX so easy in this day and age. I used to love playstation but if this doesn't get resolved im canceling all my and my families memberships. The way games work now you have an account and they are linked across systems anyway. Complaint 1.I entered a $50 gift card. It said it went through. I tossed the card. When my son went to purchase a game. I did not have the credit. I have $50. Thats not the point. It said it went through i tossed the card. They said its my fault for not saving card. Who saves a card after it goes through? Give me $50 in my playstation credit and call it a day. Ill make sure to save the gift cards from here on out so this doesnt happen again. I spend $100s a year anyway. Complaint 2. My son purchased a game on the wrong account. Purchased it on mine. I need the purchase to be on his account so he can play it at our home or where ever he chooses to log in. Refund me or transfer the ownership to my son as if he purchases it. They cant do thay because i downloaded. We havent play it even an hour and im trying to purchase it again anyway. There was another between my purchases with them and behavior but I had to take the * on that one because i had no proof. Anyway. This is my last attempt with ****. Make it right. Its not even like you sre losing money. Transfer the ownership of the game to my son or refund so he can purchase on right account.

    If people in the reviews and complaint section are having problems get a hold of your state attorney office and file *** had success and ********************* is another good option
