      I requested a cancellation and refund on 6/10 and was told I would receive one within 7 days. I still have not received it as of 6/22, so I contacted them and their policy changed and are no longer issuing refunds.

      I urge you to close this company l, BBB, please make consumers aware of this horrible company. I made an appointment for 6 family members approximately one month prior to departing overseas. I made it for May, 16, 2022, at 8:00 am, few hours prior to our departure. We arrived there on time only to find out that no tests were available at the *** location, *******, ******* and they blamed it all on their headquarters. To make the story short we scrambled to find a new place to get tested, otherwise we would miss our plane. Got that done and went home to finish packing, I sent an e-mail and called their hq that day, they asked for cc and bank statements and special form to be filled out, I did that day and sent it to them? I received a reply stating it will take ***** business days for refund, I waited and didnt get one, despite my repeated e-mails to them and even sent their founder mail message on LinkedIn and told them if I dont hear anything, they will hear from my lawyer and they totally ignored me. I have copies of all correspondence, they are the worst company I have dealt with in my 40 year career in customer service. Beware.

      Scammers. Bought a telecovid test to do over the internet because they offered full refunds if you didn't use it. Then 4 days later the rule changed lifting the requirement for a covid test to get back into the US, and I wasn't going to need the service. But then they changed their policy to no refunds, and refused to give me a refund despite that was the condition I purchased under. Jus because they stood to loose business is no reason to not honor the purchase agreement. Thankfully my credit card refunded me.

      I tested today and the document had the wrong address. I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour. live chat told me to call **************** No one is available to help This should be a simple fix

      Paid for appointment. They would not schedule it. Would not provide refund without me giving them a bank statement. The charge was on my bank account. Please stop this company.

      Its is a scam!! Terrible experience. Tried to do it online, paid for it, no available dates for what I needed. Asked for a refund. I was promised to get it in within 7 business day. Never got it. Every time I write to them I get the same robot **** answer that Ill get in 7 business days. It has been almost a month. Sad and completely useless business. Stay way.
