      This company is a fraud because they do not give you a refund once you pay for the appointment in advance and I never got to use there service. So I called to get a refund and they said no because they have it under FAQ's on there website.

      I made an appointment for 2 travel covid tests at the *** facility. Paid $138 because you can't make an appointment unless you pay. Showed up and the facility was CLOSED - No explanation or phone call. Just closed. Had to find another clinic for a last minute test. Contacted Onpoint customer service and requested a refund. Was told it would take 4 weeks and then they asked me to PROVE that I had paid. I have disputed with ***** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN ANY STATE THEY ARE LOCATED IN.

      OnPoint Testing looks good on face value but I must warn any and all customers that if you need to cancel the appointment and request a refund it is a horrible experience. I have an email chain of at least 6 back and forth responses and they keep asking for more and more detailed information to include showing us proof you paid us. I've sent them their receipt that shows making and paying for the appointment as well as a copy of my Banks CC transaction and they are still not happy. I'm ****************** as how difficult this has become for what should be a simple cancellation of my appointment which is still 2 days from this posting.My suggestions is if you want to use them do not pay up front and do a walk in and pay when the service is complete!!!!!

      This company is not trustworthy. You cannot reach them. I cancelled my testing appointments 8 days prior. This was the first time I saw anything about no refunds. I asked for future credit. No response. Out $60. ****** learned.

      Definitely a scam. Paid for and scheduled a telemed at home covid test. I had questions and the live chat person claiming that I was in line behind 44 others kept me waiting and sent nice emails assuring me that my questions were important. I waited in chat for almost an hour, no repsonse. I decided to purchase without answers to my questions, and all went smoothly up until the payment was made. The appointment was made, my registration was completed, and then I waited. No follow up emails no phone calls, and interestedly enough the live chat person went offline immediately.I would rate this company less than one star if that were an option. I have contacted my bank and will do my part in spreading the word about OnPoint Testing. Do not even bother with this company. I cannot imagine it being anything other than a low life scam preying on decent folks medical concerns.

      This place is a scam. I paid for 2 virtual Covid appointments and was never able to schedule an appointment. I have called multiple times and have sent multiple emails with no response. Worse customer service ever. They deserve ZERO stars!!!

      I was referred this place by my aunt in preparation for a family cruise. Long story short this place is "company" is a scam. I attempted to schedule a virtual appointment July 2022 however haven't been able to reach a single "live person" for 30 minutes now on either the live chat box or by phone. In an attempt to e-mail them I come to find that their email isn't even a registered link that emails can be sent to. Filing a claim through my bank now.

      I paid to have an online appointment to have a COVID test attested to re-enter the ** back in May 2022. They make you pay before seeing the calendar to schedule an appointment and the day before I traveled, there were no available appointments so I canceled the service and requested a refund via email as well as filling out their form online. When I followed up via email, I received a reply in broken English that it would be 10 - 20 business days for the refund to process because accounting was backed up with refunds. I followed up 30 business days later and was told I needed to fill out a "new" form that was included in the body of the email. I filled out the form and received an email that said, "Due to ever changing global travel requirements, tele-services are non refundable." It's a scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

      2 of us - different days. 1-no show-rescheduled. Both tests were done online - received results via a email/text within 15 minutes. Good price- comfortable & easy to do. Saved time, gas & being around other COVID positive folks. Will do again.

      *******************************, ******* ** Tested 2 days ago June 22 in a filthy crowded and unprofessional environment. Complete confusion where the staff has no idea who had an appointment or not. Literally only one employee.5 hours later no results. 24 hours later no results. 48 hours later no results. Spoke to a CSR after 90 minutes on hold. Told results in an hour. 24 hours later no results. 130 usd lost. An obvious scam taking advantage of poor people during covid. Shut this fraudulent business down.
