      I have been with this financial institution since 2017. I have my family members and friends sign up for this bank to only be swindled and bamboozled by them! The customer service ***** from the supervisor as well! Then why arent they BBB accredited, because they dont want anyone to know how they really are! If anyone is thinking about joining Chime DONT!!

      They refused to refund my money after I contacted the hotel where the charges was made and proved that I didnt make the reservation someone else did then told I will be given a credit only to get a email literally a the day before I was to receive the credit that a further investigation shows the charges were valid howwwww when the hotel reservation proves someone used my cardddd.

      I filed a dispute back in Nov 2024. Payment was made from my chime acct on rent cafe portal for 360. I wasnt supposed to pay anything because my acct was current an up to date. I contacted my property management/merchant to stop payment before processing. My property management said they could stop the transaction on their end unfortunately I gotta dispute with my bank. I contacted chime and even sent in the emails from merchant saying I need to dispute with my bank. Chime has denied my dispute about 4 times and have not given me a reason why. Ive contacted customer service agents and spoke too a couple supervisors who all said they would have a detailed email sent to me from the dispute team explaining why my dispute was denied. They never have, all they send is a computer generated auto reply email with no info, it just says your claim was denied and it has the evidence I sent in attached. Every time I received the auto reply email I contact chime and speak to a supervisor and explain the situation they make the same false promises and tell me I would receive email from dispute team with more details which I never receive. Ive expressed multiple times to supervisors that I do not receive a detailed email from them or they dispute team. Most recently a supervisor was very rude 2/11/25 and promised I would receive a detailed email. Once again I received the auto respond email which you cant even reply too!! Save yourself the HEADACHE and dont even bother banking with Chime!!

      I didn't even want to leave 1 star. Chime was great at first. Then money was taken out of our account. We had proof we didn't do it. They gave our money back to us. Then it was done twice again. They was going to send us a new card. 10 days came and went no new card. Called them and it was never filed that they was sending us a new card. We couldn't use the virtual card and had to use our credit builder card. At the ATM's, it said wrong pin number, at 3 ATM's wrong pin number. Called customer service and they was no help what so ever. I am pulling my money and direct deposits out of there. Please do NOT use chime if you are thinking about it! Let me save you from the headaches.

      Would give this establishment 0 stars if I could. Recently I was scammed out of $800 and filed a dispute with Chime. The Chime support assured me that I would receive my money back. My claim was denied on the basis that they determined no error was made, which is completely false. Even after all the evidence that I provided of the phishing emails I received and my conversations with ****** support, they were not willing to give me any of it back. Incredibly disappointing when I was very blatantly scammed and have not been the only one scammed by this exact group. Will be changing my bank as soon as possible.

      I work for **** which company uses Stride bank to hold earnings. I had some questionable fees on my account in the end of Movember. Since then, ***** have frozen my savings account. I have sent them details they asked for: 1. Questionable transactions, date time and photos of me holding my 'selfie. I have spent hours "speaking to customer support" with no luck. As far as I can see, Stride Bank is a sham.

      I use to love chime, but lately my direct deposit has been coming late when payroll is already completed. Im starting to think My Pay is a scam. I have 2 jobs ** going into my account consistently. Chime boost my credit limit up to 420, originally it was 340. Which only allows u to borrow 336 not the full 340 for one. They raised my credit limit on 12/5/2024 I received another ** from my other job on 12/11, when the ** was posted they took what i borrowed and decreased my limit to 340. They basically took their fees plus 80 extra dollars even though I have 2 checks still coming in. Not to mention how they give you bits and pieces of it but that doesnt really bother me its just almost like their stealing and getting away with it but saying your limit was decreased when there is absolutely no reason it should have decreased in the first place. I like chime but its getting bad. They have you go through so many steps to lock your card it use to be so simple smh. Im losing faith in them

      I've had to sleep in the cold for 3 days because a direct deposit issue with chime bank for 3 days I've froze my a** off and had no food at all
