      My first situation was I borrowed $25 from my my pay on chine I only received 16 I made a claim and I got denied the second issue was I deposited $100 paper money only received 60 they told me that I owe 30 bucks in which on my side it didn't reflect any negative balance at all okay and I still can't access my my payment even after they took 30 bucks they're saying that I still owe and from what I was told there was a system error the customer service is trying to make it like it's my fault my account still has not been credited I'm still can't access my my pay so even though it was a system error on their end I still have to suffer

      I have two occasion s where this bank has stolen my refunds . The bank never processes my refunds and next step contacting an attorney

      This company does not protect my money I want my money even if I have to go to court I want my $1,800 from my school I want it and I'm going to get it one way or another

      I am writing to report an urgent issue regarding unauthorized access to my bank account. Someone has logged in and transferred my funds to their account without my permission.I have contacted customer service, but I am disappointed to learn that my request for a refund has not been resolved. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in investigating this matter and restoring my funds.Thank you for your immediate attention to this serious issue.
