    Non-existent customer service. **** read off of a script and do not attempt to provide assistance with product issues. They repeatedly ask you to hold the chat for 2-3 minutes while they escalate your concern to no one. When the product functions properly, it is great. Shouldn't be allowed to do business this way. They can surely take your money but don't provide any service when issues arise. Incredibly cheap and customer unfriendly company. Figures it is a **********************.

    If I could give this service a zero I would. I am paying quite a bit of money for a gold membership. I was promised a pet tracker if I got the gold membership. I double checked that I was doing the right thing.through the chat service on the app and was assured I would get it. When it didnt arrive I went through the chat serviceagain and was told they forgot to send it. Then when they sent when it, it wasnt the pet tracker. It was just a regular tracker for key. I went through chat again told them what happened and asked them to please check their notes. They told me that I would not be receiving it. I am very frustrated with this service. Their customer service is zero. I would urge you to look someplace else if you want a paid app.

    Would give zero stars if could. Paid for crash detection and got more than bargained for. Hydroplaned and slid in small ditch. 360 *** called to check while I was waiting on friend to pull me out, *** called police after she was told none was needed. Police showed up as we were leaving and gave at fault accident. Investigating to see what legal rights are against this company.

    I paid $249 to be a platinum member so I could track my tiles and 6 months in all of my membership benefits disappear and they are trying to sale me a new one . I’m really upset

    Impossible to speak to a real person. I don’t 3 hours online trying to make the “virtual agent” understand what the problem was- no help at all.
    -I then asked for a phone number that I could call “we do not currently have the ability to talk on the phone.”
    - I then asked for email to customer support “we do not currently have an email for that.”
    - I then asked for an email for a supervisor? A complaint department? “We do not currently have the ability for you to send an email”. “We do not currently have a complaint department”
    ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????
    Oh, the problem is still not solved. The virtual agent, “***”, was very sporty that I was feeling frustrated. But please continue to pay for a gold membership with Life 360. Have a nice evening
    I sincerely do not understand how this bogus company is still in business.

    I am on my 3rd month of being charged a monthly membership fee when I never signed up with a membership, I have no subscriptions to Life360 but yet they continuously charge . Ive talked to Assistance to talk to somebody live is impossible. Theres one phone number and its just a voicemail and it tells you that they will not reply to any messages that you leave. Im so disgusted with this company. Very unprofessional and customers definitely do not come first their wallets do

    This service is bogus!! They claim that if you upgrade to premium service you will be notified of a family member is in a car accident. I have had this service for years and 2 times we were in an accident and no family member was alerted. What a waste of money all these years!!!

    Followed all the directions over and over. I can't cancel my membership and they still want to keep taking money. **************** is a joke. You can't get ahold of an actual representative, they only respond by email to tell me everything I already know

    Inaccurate Was charging me for 2 accounts.Trying to cancel and they run you in circles. Not able to reach a person. Do not recommend!

    They have been charging me twice a month since Oct. 2023. When I caught it they told me I had 2 accounts. No refund offered. I canceled the accounts and was still charged another fee. A total of $160 dollars has been charged. A horrible company that claims to be helping the family while stealing money. $16 twice a month and be easily missed. That's how they get you, the small charges. I want an $80 refund for that second account.
