I was reviewing my bank and credit card statements. I have repeated charges, sometimes 5+ charges a day totaling hundreds of dollars. I did not make these purchases. Either someone has hacked my account or there is a glitch in the system. I think the charges get out in multiple ******** like a refund. I will talk to my bank and card company.Business Response

Avia games out of Mountain View California and other affiliates here in the ** are using manipulative algorithms or Bots that manipulate gameplay they're using false advertisement and when you contact support to let them know that there are glitches or issues with gaming nothing happens even with screenshots and proof they're robbing people of their money I and they are stating that this is a game of skill that you win money in which is absolutely possible but when they're misrepresenting games and not actually tracking games correctly and not handling complaints when issues are brought to their attention it becomes false advertisement so the false advertisement goes into say you are in a specific task to win money the task States use $15 by playing this game that may cost $3 to enter therefore you play it five times your task is complete it brings you to the next level and you win whatever winnings that you are offered you also have to pay extra premiums to get into better levels my most recent incident besides about a hundred others was that one I mentioned above I played the game nine times which is four more than it was advertised to be needed and they would not fix nor credit there's a timer a timestamp everything they need and every game I played the one that is in the same category above it I took a photo of showing them that it was tracking correctly and they still refuse to acknowledge this is just one of the many issues that I have faced as a player you can almost actually know if you're going to win just buy an algorithm of how many times you lose in a row or how many times you get second or third the fact that they are expanding into other countries and expanding more into the US market due to people with these gaming and addiction issues being their main people and other people with just wanting to be entertained little cell phone game that you play here and there they are taking advantage of people misrepresentating their gameplay and their payoutsBusiness Response

Avia Games has taken over $700 from me, and on top of that, attempted to withdraw funds from my ****** account without my authorization. I also won over $400 in games but was never paid out. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer support, all I received was an unhelpful apology with no further response or resolution. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like outright theft.I am demanding a full refund of my $700, plus the $400 in winnings that I earned through gameplay. I trusted this platform to be fair and secure, and instead I have been ignored and financially harmed. Platform gives different powerups to opponents during game play. They have unfair match pairings, and will turn timers off prematurely so I cant claim my bingos. When I report to them they just respond: you should pay attention, or **** faster. I have noticed that after I withdraw winnings, I lose until theyve taken the withdrawals worth and more. I have multiple accounts with this gaming system. I have become addicted to this game. They've robbed me of multiple opportunities and multiple money. The fame is rigged. Its very obvious. I am rejecting this response because: Your interpretation of the language only shows that it is a scam. A jury of the people will find a capitalist will always try to exploit and take advantage of the people. The loopholes you take advantage of now are only temporary. The people will see this. You are a gambling scam. Not a skill based game. The only skill needed in your software is to be able to manipulate an algorithm. Warrants and audits will surely expose your software. Let's roll.

On 6/9/2025 Aviagames made four separate withdrawals to my ****** account, which amounted to $18. I did not authorize any withdrawals to be made from any account. I have contacted the company in attempts to rectify the situation and get a refund. However, the company continues to tell me that I did give permission for these withdrawals, while I have stated multiple times that I didn't. According to the company, a "deposit" button can be clicked in the game, which is very misleading because a deposit would in fact, make a deposit, not a withdrawal from a bank account. However, I did not give permission to make any withdrawals and I immediately took steps to fix this issue when it was noticed and the company hasn't been helpful in any way.Business Response

Over the past year, I have lost over a thousand dollars on this platform, despite making occasional withdrawals. It has become increasingly clear that the games are not being conducted fairly. In my experience, I am frequently matched against what appear to be botsnon-human players with performance that is statistically implausible and highly suspicious.For example, I have noticed consistent patterns where, if I score relatively low (e.g., *****), I lose to opponents with slightly higher scores like ***** or *****. However, when I significantly improve my performance and score something like *****, I still losethis time to scores like ***** or *****. This exact scenario plays out repeatedly, and the margins are always just enough to ensure I lose. In other cases, Ive seen impossibly high scores, sometimes exceeding ******, which are simply unattainable by any human player given the constraints of the game.Whats more concerning is that after making even the smallest withdrawal, my win rate drastically drops until I deposit more fundsoften around $100 or more. This pattern is too consistent to be a coincidence and suggests a deliberate manipulation of outcomes to encourage more deposits.The platform is currently under investigation via a class action lawsuit, yet their operations remain unchanged. These patterns are not only suspiciousthey are statistically improbable without some form of algorithmic control or bot interference.
