    I am filing this complaint due to ongoing technical and customer service issues with ********************** that have resulted in significant financial loss. I have spent thousands of dollars playing games on their platform. Lately, I have experienced repeated problems where only 57 playable numbers are called in certain games, making it impossible to fairly compete. Additionally, the app frequently freezes mid-match, and the only way to resolve it is to delete and reinstall the app. By the time I can get back in, the match is over and a score is recorded even though I was unable to physically complete the game.I have contacted their customer support multiple times, but the responses are inconsistent and often appear to be AI-generated, despite claiming to be from real representatives. Every time I report a match, I receive a generic reply that their tech team found no abnormalities, regardless of the actual issue. Occasionally, they offer small courtesy credits, but they are nowhere near the amount Ive lost due to their apps failures.Avia Games repeatedly insists that I screen record my matches for proof. I find this request unreasonable. It should not be the responsibility of paying customers to document every game. As a tech-based company, they should have access to accurate logs and recordings of matches on their end.Their refusal to provide proof or meaningful support, combined with recurring technical failures, reflects poor business practices. I am requesting a full review of the issues Ive reported, compensation for the impacted matches, and an improvement in transparency and customer support. As a customer, I deserve to know how they reached their conclusions not just be expected to take their word for it.

    The customer service team has done nothing but give me the run around. My request for a refund has been denied multiple times due to avia games not finding any issues with my matches, though they are unable to provide proof of this claim. They do however expect the customer to screen record every single match which it completely unacceptable. I am the customer and I should have to record in order to prove that your app is malfunctioning. I expect a timely response as well as a refund of at least $100. This is ridiculous.

    June 6 2025 I was charged of a total of $165 for playing 8 Ball Strike: Win Real Cash. When I thought I was playing for free and I never knew it was charging me money. I request for a refund and Aviagames Inc customer support refused to give me a full refund of my money this is why I am filling a complaint.

    May 30, 2025 Aviagames Solitare Clash I won $32 and have tried to cash out, of the $32 I have only received $9. For some reason they did 4 separate transactions. The withdrew $10, $8 $5 from my checking acct then deposited the same amounts back into my acct which means they canceled each on out.

    So I became addicted to Spider Solitaire using Avia Games.I realize I have asked Avia Games to ban me before in November because I was addicted to Bingo. Yet despite "banning" me I was able to make a new account for spider solitaire. Then on May 30 I BEGGED AVIA games for days to delete my new account, because on my end any "deleting" could just be reinstated. Unfortunately, I have lost ****** dollars playing against ****'s bots (open class action for this), and they have taken money automatically from my ****** as well. However, I am seeking the $6,000 in money that I lost waiting for AVIA to delete my Spider Solitaire account. They kept saying they couldn't do it because they knew I'd keep spending if my account was open. Then I found out they could ban me within seconds. WHY DIDN'T they just do that when I asked?

    Fraudulent gaming business who uses deceptive tactics to grow thier bottom line. Taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals especially who have addictive personalities I.E. gambling.I would like to seek nothing but to warn the BBB is a unscrupulous business and needs to be dealt with. There is already a class action suit against Avia games.     I have been playing Avia games Bingo Tour intermittently for about a year and a half. I was noticing certain rhythms in the game to where it would only let you get so high, but then you would start losing. Didn't think much because it's a game. After time I noticed that I wouldn't win at all, the system was always beating me. Similar scores of the other 'players' was another red flag. Another red flag was I was always the first one done with my game while I'm supposed to be playing other live players, which would not realistically happen all of the time. I became very good at this game but would rarely win anything. Rarely would be maybe $40 or $50 every few months. Then came the 'terms of service' alerts that were changing and you could not access the game unless you agreed. I started doing some research and discovered that Avia games is facing some serious charges (articles attached) as well as lost a patent lawsuit to another gaming company (******). The state of ********** has launched a fraud investigation. They are investigated for violated our consumer protection laws, manipulating games, and potential illegal gaming and racketeering. If the BBB researches they will find that a class action lawsuit is currently ongoing in the federal court. I am asking for the amount that I have spent on this deceitful game to be refunded in full. I have attached a spreadsheet from my bank and will provide additional information if needed. ****** ****** ************

    Aviagames is operating ILLEGALLY in my state. I discovered a few days ago that online gambling is illegal in ********, but Aviagames continues to operate here. When I was traveling abroad I got a notice that I couldn't play in that country, but I never got the notice in ******** so I was unaware. This is completely unlawful and they should put a ban so people don't accidentally use it. Also, ****** doesn't allow gambling sites of any kind to operate with them. Aviagames is linked to ****** and does countless transactions illegally through ******. It says clearly on their website that this is not allowed. Considering there are multiple things Aviagames is doing that isn't allowed- I just want my money back and I will call it a day.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have attached screenshots from multiple different sources and highlighted that skill-based games are considered gambling and are illegal. They all specifically list out the word skill, so my previous point still stands.

    I've also attached a screenshot where it explicitly says Bingo for money is not permitted even though I have played Bingo in Aviagames before.

    Paypal is the same, is says that any gambling game, whether for skill or by chance, isn't allowed on their platform and I've attached the screenshot.

    I understand your point is these are skill-based games, not chance games, but under Illinois law, skill-based still constitutes gambling which is illegal.

    I was playing a online game and so the game offered me coins and so it asked me did I want free coins I said yes to 15 dollars 5 dollars and 8 dollars I was tricked cause they ask me for a card where they could send money to when I want to cash out. So I used a ****** card. So later I cashed out but they charged me 3 dollars so I only got 21 dollars and change so I can cancel the subscription So my account was overreacted because of this then they took my bank card and charged 1.15 then charged another 5 dollars so now I had to cancel my bank card. How they got my bank card info I do not know cause I used my ****** card. So I can elled ****** as well

    I am rejecting because Aviagames went directly into my bank account and I didn't give them my bank account information 

    I gave them ****** information to my ****** card number

    I gave them ****** card info. Not my bank account info

    When they charged my ****** it had ****** but somehow they charged my bank card ending in 3414 which I never gave them and I had to cancel my bank card and close ****** and it has created problems for me

    The refund they are speaking of was not processed.  Plus they took out more money after the subscription was cancelled.  I ask for a full refund and they took out 3 more dollars plus 5.00 dollars plus 1.15 they were using ****** and went directly into my account and the only way I could stop them was to close my card account and now I have to wait for a new card .   I closed ****** and I'm tired of going back and forth.  I have my bank statements and they know and so I read their reviews and they were sued recently for doing this but if I had known I would have never used their games.

    I downloaded a money making game, Solitaire Aviagames. Which promised I would never have to top up. All of a sudden I was getting charged for tons of top *** that I did not authorize.I spoke to ****** resolution that assured me they would get my money refunded. Some was refunded, but there is tons more: $137 plus $99 NSF my bank charged me. Now I only have $ 2.45 in my account and they are attempting to withdraw more. I spoke to ***** to dispute this ..
