    Contract signed and a 10% downpayment given to Wizard Plumbing. Told that Permits were being filed to the city. Wizard plumbing receptionist stated that things were clear however she never heard back from ************ permits. Never notified us. Home owner is elderly and i feel like Wizard is just looking for a quick dollar and not deliver the product promised. Wizard never returns calls after promising to call. They do not deliver any services.Another issue is that ************ annexed 15th to *********** to the county to be in charge of the plumbing and sewer lines. This puts the home owners in charge of pipes on city property. We have to pay for repairs under sidewalk and undet the street. Thousands of dollars!

    Wizard plumbing was supposed to perform a video inspection of my sewer lateral on May 9. They called me that afternoon and claimed they have finished the work and asked me to pay them the service. I did while on the phone via venmo of $350 to them. However, they asked me to pay to this person called ******************* on venmo. They told me they would deliver the usb to san mateo county public works as i told them the very next morning, which was supposed to be May 10. Then on May 10, i called san mateo county public works but they told me they have never received anything. So i tried to contact Wizard plumbing and every single time, i was told that they were having meetings. Finally the guy collected my money on May 9 called me back after i called him multiple times and told me he had dropped of the video. Today, May 11, i called ********* public works again and was told they have never seen any video. I called Wizard plumbing again and was told they would send me the video soon, but again it has never happened. This business is a fraudulent. I want them to pay me back the $350 i have paid and they also should be investigated, because i definitely believe this is not the first time they have done so.
