      Your 2023 REVIT is a JOKE, It dowmloaded and screwed my Drawings as well as the Library is hopeless as almost nothing can be used. Why do you sell a partly ready product ???It has deleted all my REVIT Family Blocks and I can even draw a toilet on my plans. Previously they were drawn and your program has deletded them. I am so dissapointed in your terrible program its beyond comprehension.

      If this is about your Revit LT subscription license, I was able to locate a case where you received assistance changing the imperial default settings, and was marked as solved. I was unable to locate any other cases in which you reached out to us for assistance where I could find more details regarding your concerns. Please provide me more information, such as any errors you *** have received, when they occurred, any other versions of Revit LT have been used that *** have affected your drawings, and/or which in-product processes are unavailable. I will gladly assist with routing you to the correct support team once we receive the issue details.

      June 2021 I set the auto renewal to off. I didn't want the Autocad program then, but chose to continue with the subscription. June 2022 there is another charge for the Autocad program even after turning the auto renewal to off. Autodesk employee responded in broken English that they will not be resolving the issue.
