      My rebate does not specifically state eye exam and purchase location must be the same place. It says you must purchase from a prescribing eye professional. The wording seems to be confusing to scam the consumer out of rebates. This type of wording should be illegal. Someone should require the company to update their policies on rebates or word it in a way that states must be the same place that you received the eye exam. ***** this contact company. The rebates get denied. **************** keeps repeating that it states it the same location but nowhere on this rebate does it state this. **** business failure to **** customers.

      The rebate was a bit of a scam. Although I was approved, I didn't get the rebate until 08/2024 and it expired 02/2025. The way the expiration was written on the card made it seem that it expired 02/25/2028 which would make sense as I have had other rebates issued through other companies and they typically give you 3 years until expiration. I contacted their customer service and after being placed on hold for a long time, they finally told me that they cannot reissue a new card with the remaining balance on it or extend the expiration. Apparently there isn't sufficient funds available on the card to reissue digitally? I don't understand how it would be too expensive to reissue a digital card? Anyways, I will never fall for this again.

      I purchased a years worth of contacts. My eye doctor instructed me and walked me through how to fill out the rebate. They said because I got a years worth I qualified for the full 200 dollar rebate. I filled out everything as stated, took photos, purchased them from the same doctor *** wrote the prescription, my insurance only paid 120, I paid over 600, they just completed the claim today saying it was denied due to me not being eligible I read the rebate and the instructions. The only reason I purchased a full year at a time was because of the rebate I will be contacting my eye doctor and informing them of how difficult this has been and if it doesnt get resolve I will be returning them and going with a different brand.

      Nowhere,that I've read on the rebate form states that the contacts that qualify for the rebate must be purchased in the location that you get your eye exam. I spent more then an hour gathering required paperwork from eye doctor and uploading them and filling out forms. When I had been declined with no explanation.. just "submission declined". I called customer service. I told her both my daughter and I have ordered online before several times and still qualified. Why was this not stated clearly upfront? What difference where I purchase from?

      Within the rebate form it states "All purchases must be from the same eye care practitioner who prescribed your contacts, or from an affiliated location with that practitioner". It is notated on CooperVision Consumer Website, "Please note: Rebate claims must be submitted within 60 days of lens purchase. All receipts must be from the same eye care practitioner who prescribe your contacts, or from an affiliated location with that practitioner."

      Got ripped off $70 on the rebate that I was saving for Christmas use for my kids because apparently it expires. I Will never purchase from them again .

      An awful website for the rebate that seems purposefully difficult = less likely they will have to pay the rebate as you get frustrated and give up. It states "use the drop down menu to choose your product type" - there is no drop down menu which makes it impossible to fill this out properly = "your submission is not eligible for a rebate as entered". This seems purposely difficult to scam the consumer. Please stop blaming "third party vendor" - if you're not happy with the poor customer service they provide then you should be getting someone else. If you don't seek to change vendor then you must like the results. I don't and will be seeking a different contact lens supplier

      My rebate card expired 07/24. I contacted CooperVision in October to see if they would issue a new card. After quite the runaround, I eventually spoke with someone who said that had I called within 60 days of expiration, they would have reissued, but now that it was outside the 60-day window, they refused to. So - some exceptions will be made but not all? The icing on the cake was receiving a "sorry for the inconvenience" email. It was not "inconvenient" - it was $30! I am switching contact lenses providers over the way this business behaved.

      Their rebate system is either a scam, or never works. you need to upload receipts which it won't let you do - error!! lol assume you are not going to get that rebate when you make you buying decision
