      I was told by my eye doctor that I would receive a rebate for my contacts. I filled out all the forms and supplied all the paperwork only to be told I do not qualify by cooper vision . I think this is a scam!

      Breech of ************************* violation. Request that my eye account be removed from everybody devices and they still haven't done so.

      The rebate program is despicable. I have utilized it for years and in the last few years I have never received the rebate because they added layers to intentionally avoid honoring the rebate that good customers like me take the time to submit. Their customer service department is unfriendly and unhelpful. The man I spoke with was flippant, couldn't care less and made it apparent that this is what the program is meant to do, NOT pay. Shame on them!! I contacted my eyecare provider and they have had several others report the same thing. They will convey this issue to the sales representative who likely already knows. To date, they owe me $150.00. I only give them one start because BBB will not allow a no star rating.
