      I spoke with ***** on Monday and asked her to remove the hold I had on my order. She was very polite and very helpful with my order. She also asked me if she could do anything else for me. I asked her about getting currency grading. She explained to me how to do it and she offered to send me the paperwork I needed.

      PSA is probably the worst grading service to use out there.I am solely speaking from experience and on behalf of others. The grading process they use is flawed and I will never submit another card to *** again.

      ******* helped me out super quickly with an issue. I used some vouchers but sent some extra coins too. I had the wrong payment method and this was taken care of in less than 12 hours

      I had an amazing interaction with a representative named *****. He was the epitome of "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER ********************** " What sets him apart from the rest is his patient demeanor. You never want to feel hurried in this type of situation. (Side note: I was on hold yesterday for over an hour and hung up to put my # in for a call back and they were full in first 2 hrs of operations. I was told to try again tomorrow) He really took time to go over in a step by step manner ALLof my concerns. PCGS definitely has an asset in *****. Absolutely AWESOME!!!!
