      A company of scam artists. Sent in 2 high end cards which came back a 5 and 6. Had them regraded with another company, both 9s. Customers are subjected to the whims of an individual grader on any given day. No training, no professionalism, and worst yet, no explanation of grades.

      I just had a conversation with *** and she was awesome! She answered all my questions and was very helpful. The company as a whole is amazing from top down. Some very low level questions and concerns are addressed by Nat because he understands the collector side of things. I cannot express how much this company actually cares about the customer experience. Every company has opportunities to improve. A companys willingness to do so is what sets good apart from great. Collectors universe is GREAT! Thank you for all that you do. I appreciate it. ***** G

      I have been waiting over 2 years for my submission as ********* were going through a lawsuit. I am not just getting my cards processed by PSA but the customer ********************** has been absolutely outstanding as they have been following up with me every month with an update. Specifically ****** and ********. Thank you again as I understand that PSA has been slammed the past 2 years with submissions.

      Meg * was great at National! I had over ******************************* a good sized box with multiple boxes inside. She was able to get my order sorted out and submitted quickly and easily - excellent service. Now, I just need PSA to actually process those orders and **** them received in my account - its been over two weeks now. 5 stars for the service from ****

      On May 16, I sent in submission ******* which was received in ** on May 17, 2022. I still do not see this in my orders !!!! I have gotten photos back which were sent AFTER this one but this submission is still not on "my orders" page. This is not unusual for the folks at the ** office. Most submissions take several Months to get done. I collect **** photos. We sent crews to the moon and back in less time than it takes to have a photo authenticated. On the other hand, their the customer ********************** reps are awesome but they can only do what they can do when dealing with the folks in **********.
