      Ware disposal has been not replacing the trash container that I have been calling countless times for. Everytime I call its a new story either theyre low on carts, it wasnt out, or they will bring it to me another day. Why do I have to pay a large bill if I do not get the service I am provided. I am glad that a new company is coming to our city so we will no longer have to deal with wares unprofessional. (P.S. shouldve stayed with doing commercial only)

      Company will charge you and not send notice of bill and then cut off your service for not paying said bill or even late payment bill notification that they have a past due account and then they will make you call them and have to pay a restart fee on top of their already high bill and added fees and no service Company is a sham and is a fraudulent company run by morons Ive never had any problems with any other trash company in my entire life until now

      This company should be investigated on with their over payments, new charges then they go lower later and no explanation on it.They have rude customer service, rude supervisor (***) and they take no accountability on their wrong. I asked to hear the recording on what I said because I know i didn't say it but he said no, he said her heard it 2- 3 times and it was my "mistake" but nothing on his C.S *** saying nothing on what she is/was suppose to say.All these 1 star ratings, horrible comments on this company and no one hasn't looked into them.Someone has to do something, someone has to show them that what and how they treat customers is wrong.Wonder why they're not ******************** accredited, it's because they wouldn't handle all the bad reviews for their company.

      Ever since I started to use their service ls in ******** Ca it has been very disappointing. The drivers are always complaining that the bins are not placed in a safe zone, I have alway placed my bins on the side of the curb even placed them about 2 -3 feet away from the curb incase there is a car parked there just to make it easier. Last week the guy who picks up the blue recycle bin got mad because he had to get of the truck and slightly move the bin away from one of my cars parked in front. He left a rude note stating that the bin was placed in a un safe zone and if if it continued he would not pick up my bin. First of all he is in no position to discontinue my services when I am a paying customer. 2nd define unsafe he acted like I left the bin behind a locked gate with a huge dog or like if the bin was left in the middle of a rapid current river and he had to swim out to retrieve it. Also several months ago I had a construction crew working in my house and some construction trash was left to get picked up wich I didnt know you could not do that and one of the driver actually said they could not pick it up. So I was ok with it but the contractor advised me that on several occasions he tipped 2 of the guys that pick up the trash $10 each and with no problem they took away the ccnstructiion trash. How are they gonna complain then turn around and take a bribe to haul construction trash that according to their policy they are not supposed to haul away. They are just plain lazy, if they dont like their job then quit and give to someone that needs a job that probably will work harder.

      Are you claiming you bribed drivers to pickup your construction debris?  Why are you complaining about the drivers who dump your carts?  Order a dumpster and this would not be an issue

      I AM WRITING AND COMPLAINING OF Our Residential City if ******** **. ***** , Basically East and **************, WARE TRASH DISPOSAL IS NOT COMPLYING WITH THER TRASH PICK UP , THERE ARE NEIGHBORHOODS STASHED WITH TRASH ON THE SIDEWALKS AND STREETS, SINCE THEY HAVE NOT PICKED UP TRASH AFTER Christmas UNTIL NOW , THEY *** NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL COMPLAINTS, ***'T ANSWER THE ***** , OUR NEIGHBORHOODS ARE DEVESTATED BY THIS TRASH SITUATION WHERE TRASH IS NOT BEING PICK UP !

      This company is the worst! They live trash on the streets when they pick up. They also dont pick up the trash when theyre supposed to and when you call it takes a few tries before they pick up, they tell you that they will be picking up and they dont. They dont even try to refund or waive a fee when they dont pick up the trash. And they increase their prices. They have the worst customer service. Wish we never had to deal with this company the previous one was better.

      They are collecting our payments but not providing services as required. Our trash bins from my community are picked up late or some not at all. I have to store trash in my garage because my bin are full because it was not picked up. Honestly this company should not be providing services. They are dishonest and getting paid for inconsistent service.

      Ware Disposal is the epitome of incompetency. They do not honor signed contracts, have no communication between representatives and absolutely block all communications with any level of management. Thank you to the genius of Los Angeles County and their Exclusive Commercial Franchise (ECF) System. We had an exceptional business relationship with *************** only to have that summarily torn away without notice. Now we have to deal with the ineptitude of Ware Disposal, fitting perfectly with the idea that the inmates are running the asylum. One CANNOT ever be connected to a supervisor. Completely unacceptable. I do not care if the business is woman owned and operated, they should be ashamed of their completely absent customer service. If I had a choice, I would NEVER do business with Ware Disposal EVER! My BBB complaint is in process.

      This company should be embarrassed for how they conduct business. They are the furthest thing from professional and its a shame that LA County and ************** continue to have them service **. **************** is absolutely rude, they cut you off and put the blame on you payment errors caused by them, they hang up on you when trying to speak to a supervisor, they are never timely or prompt with service, call to say they are delayed (happens often) and of course continue to raise the price on their service as if they were a top company.
