      The ************ of *********************** has been in business with Ware Disposal for about 19 years. I am new to the ************ as of 2022, the pricing is high. I have done research to negotiate lower pricing with them to no avail. We have proof of past attempts to cancel our contract with them waiting out dates to respond to emails to pass that contract date. We tried to cancel last year but was not able, due to me doing the wrong year calculation, it is a 3 year automatic renewal. We discovered that 2025 was our year to cancel and needed 60 day notice for an April 1st renewal date. I prepared the paperwork in January, sent it certified mail to the address in the contract as the contract required on January 15th. I received the return envelope January 31st and immediately sent an email to our contacts (**** ******* and *** ****) they stalled in answering until 02/14/25 past the 60 day notice dates. **** and *** continued to argue with us over email that we did everything wrong, insulted us, refuse to honor contract obligations with proof of correct cancellation procedures, etc. They have now abandoned their 40-yard container on our property, we paid all bills through 03/31/2025, they now have a $10k cancellation fee that is accruing late fees. They refuse to discuss anything with our lawyers, they no longer answer any phone calls or emails. We need to figure out a solution and their bad business practices are out there online bullying many companies get stuck in their contracts.

      Recycling bin was not picked up despite bill being paid. Request for WARE to immediately pick up our recycling bin. Also, please waive and refund any late fees. **** is new to ************* and weve had to adjust to new billing practices.

      Late fees should not be provided, as the company just took over for the City of Monterey Park trash collection. Ware Disposal did not give notice in any form: email, call, text, or mail to customers regarding billing, and expected all customers to be able to pay their bills when they just transitioned as the trash collection company for *************. When the bills were inevitably late, a late fee was *************** does not notify customers when services are not provided. When trash is not dumped, and service not rendered, the company continues to collect their full fee, and does not notify customers in any way. Calling to request services that were originally supposed to be performed results in additional fees. Change in business practices need to occur.

      We took over services in September 2024 and we have provided multiple notices, mailers, news articles, car and bin notices, tagged your bins , and sent out multiple phones calls, notices, mailers , and even emails.  you still havent paid your invoices and your trash will not be serviced until you pay your bills for services

      Since early August of this year, my husband and I have been attempting to reach out to Ware Disposal, the company that services our tenants at our property in **************. We are seeking a quote for an additional service but have encountered significant challenges in our efforts to make contact. Over the past few months, our experience has been quite frustrating. We often find ourselves being transferred multiple times, receiving no responses to our emails, or, when we do manage to speak with someone on the phone, they frequently disconnect the call. This situation has proven to be quite exasperating and reflects poorly on their professionalism. As new landlords, we are committed to providing the best possible service and quality for our tenants, but this ongoing issue with our trash disposal service is becoming increasingly burdensome. We have even reached out to other disposal companies in the area, but they all redirect us back to Ware Disposal. We are left puzzled by this experience and are unsure if this is typical behavior for the company.

      For the past 3 years living at my current address, I have used Ware Disposal for my residential trash service. I make my payments through my bank's bill pay feature. In my banking history, I can see that Ware Disposal always receives my payment 2 days after I send it with my bank. For some reason, this time around **** is claiming they haven't received my payment even though I have proof of payment from my bank and I sent them proof of payment from my bank. They are now attempting to charge me $25 per trash bin to get picked up since my address was skipped. My account is paid in full and my home should not have been skipped.

      Ware Disposal continues to miss the service dates scheduled for my area. My service dates are Wednesday. Yesterday 6/12/24 Ware Disposal missed pick up. I had to have my gardener stuff the green bins to the *** because the cans were NOT picked up on the scheduled date. Ware Disposal picked up the cans today, however, they did NOT pick up one of my green bins. I called the customer service number to let them know and I also filed a complaint online. The response by them was stating that my bin lid was open with yard debris. Of course it was because due to their LACK of customer service and picking up cans when they are scheduled this occurred. So now I need to go through this with them? I'm really disappointed in the lack of service Ware Disposal completely lacks. They do not care at all because this is our ONLY option for trash service. This needs to change. I will be petitioning the city to change services. I have had this happen so many times with their inconsistent trash service. I also had a package stolen from the trash guy right in front of my home and they did nothing about it. This is completely unacceptable for paying customers. The current trash guy needs to be FIRED.

      On 5-22-24 we received a complaint from you that the driver stole a package, and today the same thing that our driver stole another package.  We do not see this occuring and we reviewed in truck camera views, and we dont see this happening

      the ******* overstuffed your cart, and the driver was unable to roll it out to the curb, and the cart was tagged for overfill.  Can you have the ******* fix it , and then we can provide service

      Theyve been over charging me for an extra trash bin for over a year and I just found out. I sent them an email to get this resolved and its been a week and no one has called me yet.

      I just called Ware Disposal as per their response via BBB. They told me they can only credit me for the past two weeks because theyre cameras only go that far. I asked ******, their Rep., that how do they keep track of the bins that are delivered and picked up, and she said they dont have system they couldnt tell me. They have been charging me $4.82 on a monthly basis. I wasnt aware after adding it they owe me over $400.00 of over payment.

      I have paid for years trash removal on rental property at *******************************************************. I sold the property in February and is due a refund of ***** which they never have sent me.

      We cancelled our trash service as of Nov 2, 2023 and they picked up our 3 bins and were supposed to refund the rest of the money for the weeks unused and they did not. All they have to do is refund the card. I called for my refund and the phone clerk told me to email and then again I called a few weeks later and they said I did not contact the correct department so I contacted the one they recomended the next time and they still have not refunded me and have charged my card 2 more times. I have told them to refund me for the 2 charges after November 2, 2023 and to refund be for the balance of weeks that I did not have service because I moved after November 2, 2023.
