    I purchased a set of clubs after I was told "money back guarantee". Before I purchased them, I confirmed what I heard and was reassured "money back". When I brought the clubs back, they told me store credit only. I feel their language used in store was deceptive. I have called customer support on 7/16, 7/19, and 7/22 for help but they keep deflecting saying they will call me back. I would like what I was originally told. I want to return my clubs for my money back.

    Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Bought a $1800 set of clubs, they didnt work out so tried to return them. I left them at ***** as instructed and they didnt receive these clubs due to someone changing the label and they would not refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    I visited the Golf Mart in ******* today (12/12/24) for a golf club fitting. I was asked to bring in my old clubs, which I did. But I was only asked to hit 3 different 7 irons and 1 fairway wood. I complained at the start that I was hitting into the sun and couldn't see but the salesman said the it didn't matter because he was monitoring my golf swing on the monitor. At the onset, I stated that I wanted to see if buying a new set of golf improvement irons would help my game. He told me that I had a 49 MPH golf swing & hit the 7 iron 70 yrds, but that with the clubs he chose and I should gain 5 yrds if I purchased the clubs he recommended; a $4500 set of new ******** Paradym irons, 3 fairway ***** and a new driver. He made no attempt to compare the new irons to my old ********************* clubs and if I hadn't gone back in the shop and grabbed my 7 iron from my set, he wouldn't even have that to compare the new irons to. This "fitting" was a total "rip off" and the attitude of the saleman was anything but helpful. I would like an apology for his waisting my time with this bogus fitting and I would request a refund of my $150 as well.
