    I'm not one to write reviews but in this case I really have no choice. I've been buying golf equipment online for years and have found that Worldwide golf shops doesn't care about their customers at all. I had trouble with one of their range finders and asked a simple question about why it didn't work. Not only did they totally ignore my 3 requests but also would not honor a return within 5 days of receiving the finder. Buyer beware here. These folks are ripoffs and shouldn't be allowed to sell ANYTHING online!

    My experience ordering custom Ping G430 irons and a Ping S159 wedge was plagued with errors and delays: Initially, I called to place an order but didn't receive a quote until the next day. The first quote was only for the irons, omitting the wedge. After reaching out, they sent a corrected quote, and I made the purchase. However, the grip size was wrong it changed from the first to second quote, which I didn't catch until after purchase. I should have noticed this, completely my fault. They corrected this with ****. I never received tracking information for the original shipment after it shipped as they said I would. When the clubs arrived, they were built incorrectly regarding shaft length, despite being correct on the quotes. Worldwide Golf acknowledged the mistake and offered solutions. I requested a new set from Ping with the correct specs, which they ordered and claimed would be expedited. Despite my request for overnight shipping, which they agreed to, the irons were shipped ground. When I queried this, they explained **** couldn't change the service type. After 31 emails and multiple calls, I am still awaiting the corrected clubs, expected in 4-6 days. Returning the incorrect clubs was also a hassle, as I only received one prepaid shipping label for two packages, requiring two trips to ****** In summary: It took three quotes to get the order right. The shaft length specs were wrong in the order with ****. The promised expedited second order did not arrive promptly. The second order was not shipped overnight as promised. I had to make multiple trips to ***** due to insufficient return labels. Overall, every step of my ordering and return process was botched, doubling the expected delivery time. I advise others to consider ordering from a more customer-oriented retailer.
