      They continually violate their own contract. Their "tow service" is, they have none. I have tried to get a tow multiple times and always end up paying out of pocket for a tow company I have to find.

      On July 18,2022 I called and canceled my roadside assistance renewal on August 17,2022. They incorrectly canceled my service as of today. ******, the supervisor refused to provide me with service I have paid for until August 17, 2022.

      On Thursday July 14, 2022 at approximately midnight I was traveling East on the I-8 and my vehicle broke down while driving. We think it's the timing belt. I was able to pull the car off the highway onto the right shoulder out of the way if traffic. I was in an area where there were No street lights but was off the highway and out of the way of traffic.
      At 12:22am I called AAA for a tow truck, they said they would send a truck within 45 mins. I explained the situation to the AAA dispatcher. I told her I was not in a safe spot, very dark and please send some one fast! I waited until 1:43am, no help came so I called AAA again . A recorded message said, if this is regarding the same call, help is on the way, about another 45 mins.
      I waited again. Still no help...
      At 2:21 a.m. I called again. Same thing, no human available and another message saying sorry for the delay, the tow driver is in route to get me...
      At 2:51 a. m I called again, waited on hold approx 5 mins, finally got a human, she said she's sorry, driver is 10 mins away and he will be calling me soon upon arrival. At 3:24 am I get a call from the driver , no idea where he is, I explain I am on the shoulder of the I-8 E, Between Harbison Canyon and Lake Jennings Pkwy, I am scared, FRANTIC at this point and please hurry to get me off the road!! Ok he says see you in 5 mins...3:49 am.i call back the tow driver cell phone and ask what's going on? He says. " I couldn't find you so I took another call and to call AAA again for another service call. Now it's 4am I'm SO upset and I'm absolutely freaking out.. at 6'30 am I finally contact a friend to at least pick me up to bring me to work.
      Around 7am on Thursday morning, so after sitting on the highway over 7 hours, I get a ride straight to work .
      I got out of work approx 7:30pm. I get a ride Home ,shower and find a ride to east county to my car. about 9pm, I call AAA again and arrange to meet at my car. I Get a ride back to east county and car was towed

      I signed up with the auto insurance for my vehicles and the rate was at ****** per month and then it went up to ****** each month and the in it went up to $404.90 a month. There was no explanation of charges and they have not explained to me why the increase. They already increased it to ****** when I purchased my vehicle but now they increased it up to $404.00. Within 4 months it increase from ****** to ove $404.00 so I needed to cancel since I was being over charged each month. I had to go with another insurance company and they are now stating because I cancelled within the year that I owe them $700.00 just to cancel. They have been over charging me and then want to charge more for me not willing to pay the increase in price. I never agreed to the amount they are billing me and I have every right to say no I will not pay that amount. They cancelled me out of the system so I could not get the amount that they have increased. I do have bank records showing the many increases.

The insured was made aware of the cancellation fee at the time the policy was written and this is also disclosed on the policy application.       My battery wasn't starting on my 2011 camry because i left the light on. I called Triple A and they sent a hadley towing tech to come. The tech kept insisting i needed a new battery even though he didn't show me any test result indicating that I needed, just that I had low cold cranking amps. Obviously I have low cold cranking apps, I left the light on!!!

      He charged me $121 for a battery and kept pushing it. I kept telling him I just need a jump and he said it wouldn't even work. NOTHING indicated that the battery actually needed replacing. When I asked for the test result so that I can see myself that there was low cold cranking amps, he said I'll get an email (never did)

      I filed a complaint with triple A nad have not heard back either, conveniently. My case number is ******. My membership number is *** *** ********* 1

      Refund the unnecessary battery.
