    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was emotionally manipulated, yelled at, and gaslit by a representative who claimed to be the manager.I reached out for a medical marijuana card a process that should be compassionate, supportive, and patient-centered and instead experienced one of the most aggressive and disrespectful customer service encounters of my ********* are the facts:I began filling out the application online, which asked for detailed medical history.The representative interrupted the process and insisted on gathering my information over the phone, pressuring me into ******* through the steps.He never disclosed the full price up front I was told it would be $179, and then suddenly charged over $300 without consent or explanation. When I questioned this, he became defensive and aggressive.When I brought up the lack of transparency and how inappropriate his behavior was, he began yelling at me blaming me for the confusion. He also pushed me to pay using zelle, cashapp or venmo which is alarming. He continuously cut me off, refused to let me speak, and dismissed my concerns. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he claimed he was the only manager, despite clearly being in a call center environment.There was no link to a doctor, no credentials, no receipts, no consent to the final price, and no professionalism whatsoever. This was clearly a predatory, high-pressure sales tactic disguised as healthcare. For someone with chronic illness or trauma (like myself), this experience was incredibly triggering and dehumanizing.this is the original link used: **********************************

    Someone in this company authorized an illegal payment from my account on their own and signed me up for auto pay when I kept telling them I didn't have the funds yet. Every time I call to inquire about who did this and a refund they hang up on me. I'm still waiting on a call back from the so called manager.

    I highly recommend this company to get your medical marijuana card.Recently I just signed to get my MA medical marijuana card renewed with this company, ** called me very quick, you DON'T HAVE TO GO INTO ANY OFFICE! You CAN BE ANY WHERE! IN YOUR HOME, WORK PLACE! ** calls you and get you done and then you receive your document by email in a minute!For me I used an old email a few years back and don't remember how to login, it's a problem and I am not good at phone or computer. **** from ************************** helped me reclaimed my MA medical marijuana account and get my MA ********************** marijuana card renewed! I really appreciate their help, otherwise I would not be able to do it by myself. If anyone wants to get their medical marijuana card in any states, I would recommend this company.

    I am a 70 years old and not computer savvy. I applied an Ohio medical marijuana card through this company and got approved, but I didn't know how to finish, because Ohio medical marijuana program sent me an email to finish and it's difficult for me. **** from this company called me and helped me step by step and finished my registration at the state medical marijuana program, I received my medical marijuana card immediately and now I am enjoying using it. **** spent 50 minutes to help me setup account , password, verification, everything1 I really appreciate their help, especially for people like me with limited access and needing help.Thank you ****, and thank you ************************** , I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their medical marijuana card, they provide for almost every state, they do a good job , they spent time for you.

    Would love to give -100 stars. The website states you can renew. In the 2 1/2 hours I waited and ended up calling. I was told I might speak to a ** on Monday. No time slot at all. I do work. Its Saturday their office hours are until 10pm with its eastern or pacific time. I was calling during business hours. Paid $139 cause this isnt my first time renewing my card. I already renewed through my state just needed a physician to complete. After being told the ** will call you sometime on Monday. No this has to be a scam. I requested a refund. I do understand banking business days. However a refund could be initiated. Im aware I would not see that in my account for 5-7 business days. However I was told I do not have access to email. Give us some time. How much time? 20 mins an hour? I contacted my bank for an affidavit to stop payment on this transaction. I turned off my card. Oh and received several phone calls trying to sell me fraudulent MM. please do not trust this website. SCAM SCAM SCAM

    When patients sign up for medical marijuana card , we send them an email and a text to inform that our ** will call them the same day or the next, even in weekend or holidays according to **'s schedule. We can't give exact timing or slot because all patients sign *** are randomly and slot is not working well in our experience, most patients are getting called the same day and happy. Our staff explained to her but did not say that ** will call her Monday. Actually our ** called her right after she spoke with staff and she did not pick up call for multiple times, We tried to call her again every day but she refused to ********* per our terms of use, FOR THE REASON OF LRGALITY AND AUTHENTITY, TO CANCEL AN ORDER CUSTOMER MUST SEND US A CANCELLATION IN WRITING FROM THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS CUSTOMER PROVIDED THROUGH THE APPLICATION. Why we ask in writing from the same email is we learned from our experience that person calling us to cancel an order may not be the real person who put order online. WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM THIS CUSTOMER TO CANCEL THE ORDER.We refunded her after we have received the BBB notification and verified the email is the same email.We never said we sell medica; marijuana products, we help people to get their medical marijuana card so they can go to licensed dispensary to buy. We do offer CBD products, not medical marijuana to our customers if they are interested and many people like it.Unfortunately that our service did not match this customer's expectation. We are trying to do our best to help our patients in any possible way, for every custoemr, including very demanding customers too, and we did the same for her. We firmly reject her negative comments for our business, especially the scam comments, because it's not true. with respect, onlinemedicalcard

    I do not know where to start. This company is dishonest, misleading, and inaccurate with what they offer. They do not share the correct information with you. I verified the steps I had to take, what would happen and when. After missing multiple appointments, and refusing to give me a refund when asked, they got an outside Consultant. After I was contacted after a 12 hour delay, they changed the process they told me. Every step of the way it was very sketchy dealing with them. Immediately after I submitted my application and payment, I received 2 marketing calls.

    After ***** signed up we sent him the text with **'s name and timing to call him, but ***** can't wait because our first ** is not available . We switched to our 2nd dr after ***** notified us and we had ***** got his medical card done yesterday. We had multiple conversation with ***** and ***** finally is satisfied .

    I was unclear of service, when the doctor called I told him the appointment was not needed due to poor communication. I was charged an appointment fee. I called to cancel the payment being taken out of my account. The employee told me he understood but continued to tell me it was for the the certification. I tried to explain that there was no visit made or certification given. After I asked to be refunded and again told he understood I was eventually hung up on. When I called back to stop my pending payment taken the employee told me her screen was not working. I am unsure of the results and confused with the lack of communication from the beginning. I would not trust a company with an employee who hangs up one a customer after being asked for the manager and there screens don't work. I am trying to ease anxiety and this company has made this whole process the worst experience possible. I have now read through reviews to see this seems to be a common issue and scam.

    This customer contacted us for applying an ******** medical marijuana card. According to our terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on our website, customer needs to pay the fee when they made the application. and as we promised our doctor did call her as she admitted too. When we called her back she just said it's the poor phone connection with the doctor and she was confused and we told her that we will contact the doctor to know what happened.we explained to her in details regarding the process and she said she understood and waiting for doctor to call her. We don't understand why she said something different here. And according to our terms and conditions , to be sure it's really from the customer and for the records, we need customer to send us an email from their the email address they provided when applying for cancel and refund, but we did not receive the email. Just until today our doctor who called her told us that this customer told him that she already been evaluated by another doctor ***** through another service, it's totally different than what she said here.If she would have told us what exactly happened from the beginning there would be no such issues.Since she stated her in her complaint that she wants to cancel we have refunded her payment.Many customers have some confusions regarding how the medical marijuana card application process works and we help those customers every day and that's why we called this customer to hep her. We appreciate customer's feedback and experience which help us improving our services. But we totally reject the untruthful or twisted statement or comments.

    I left a bad review ar first. But after speaking with the owner and knowing myself how the postal service is so "wonderful" at delivering untracked packages and just loosing or returning them, and that they are a small shop, they have offered to resolve my issue and fulfill my order. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and I owe an apology for getting so angry about it. I didn't realize most of my emails were being fowared to the wrong address. Iv done some work for myself stuff and it gets hard. So I symaithinse.

    They took my renewal fee I paid for CT, then turned around and sent me Dr recommendation from/for CA. Then they refused to fix the issue saying I needed to pay them more money. They also refused to give me a refund for their mistake saying they did what I paid for, so now Im out money. They never returned any calls and in general just bad and shady business. Highly recommend that NOBODY do business with this company, they will take your money and not think twice about it. Horrible company!

    This Customer is a previous customer of ours and received his CT ********************** card through our service last year and needs yearly renewal.In July 2023, we sent out our CA medical card renewal emails to CA patients but accidently sent one to him too and he paid the price for CA renewal, not the price for CT medical card renewal. A CA medical card was sent to ****** afterwards.When he called back our staff figured out the error and asked him to pay the difference to get CT medical card renewed, because the price for CA and CT are much different and what he paid was not enough for the doctor to renew his CT medical card. He refused to pay more and insisted that because its us who made the mistake, not him, so he should get his CT medical card renewed for what he paid for.We do apologize for our mistakes. Yes, we do make mistakes but we believe people should not take advantage of other peoples unintentional mistakes. We should be fair and reasonable to each other. We had similar cases like this before but resolved with mutual understanding. We refunded his payment since this is not what he wanted.
