After receiving and email from 100Trillions *********************** dated on or about March 7, 2023, I placed my order online for one (1) ******** 100 TRILLION DOLLAR BANKNOTE, 2008, AA SERIES, NEW (uncirculated) for a purchase price of $119.99 USD; plus $9.00 USD for postage fee; my TOTAL order was $129.98 USD.When the order was received I opened the envelope and took a brief look to ensure that I did in fact receive my currency. Glancing into the envelope I could see that there was a ******** note therein. I put the envelope in a safe place for keeping. A couple of weeks ago I was organizing my desk and I, for the second time, removed the contents of the envelope and laid everything on my desk. At that moment I was shocked to see that the ******** banknote that I had actually received was NOT the denomination of 100 trillion that I had ordered and paid for. The next morning I called the 100Trillion seller at the number shown *************) on the invoice that came with my purchase. The invoice clearly shows that I ordered and paid for one (1) 100 trillion banknote BUT, what I actually received was a 50 trillion dollar banknote.Speaking with a representative of the seller I stated my situation and they stated to me that they would get back to me. They never called back after a week. So I called a second time and spoke again with a rep regarding my situation and he stated to me that there was nothing I could do to get what I paid for because I did not call them within 14 days of my order date. I explained to the rep that what had happened was a crime and that if they did not send me what I paid for I would file a complaint with the **** I also did an audio recording of this second call so that I would have an audio record of my effort to give the seller a second opportunity to send me what I had paid for. To date I have hear back nothing.I have a scan of this invoice and the 50 trillion dollar note.

I placed an order on 100Trillions.com website on April 6, 2023. (Order #********). I contacted the customer service on April 10 to cancel the order and issue a refund but the order was already shipped. I contacted the customer service again to proceed with the return. I followed all return instructions and was told that I will get a refund as soon as they will receive their items back. The return was delivered on April 13, 23. On April 17th I called the customer service to confirm that they receive their items back and was promised to have a refund by the end of the day. The same story happened on April 18th and I still didn't receive a refund. On April 19th and April 20th I called again and they started to make up a different excuses why the refund can't be issued. On April 21th they stopped answering the phone and didn't respond on my emails. All I want to get my money back for the items I returned to the company.
