    Ordered merchandise in early March and received in good order and timing. Ordered more merchandise in late March which they shipped with good service however the shipper had a thief along way so when arrived there was no content, just wrapping and packing list. Took pictures while delivery person was at house but refused signature required shipment so I could not be accused of fraud on a claim. Sent pictures with email that evening. Followed up with phone call 4 days later which resulted in that i needed to wait till company and shipper worked out claim. Reminded them that have had no reply by email 5 weeks later. During calls in mid-June I was told that replacement shipment should be in town and another that claim still being resolved. Emails in August have resulted in info that since I did not accept empty content (not addressed in their Return Policy), ask for a RMA within 14 days, and reminders were too far apart, there was nothing they can do to provide ordered merchandise replacement nor refund.
