    Company lied and stated that they were going to send a Sim card to me after my phone was stolen it's been almost 60 days an I have not recieved it. Contacted the company they stated there resent another another one out 3 days ago and it was returned. Which is a lie when I asked for the tracking number representative wouldn't give me one and placed me on hold twice. I have fought with this company long enough.

    Company change from Q link to stand up my phone was stolen. I got sold another phone through standup for $54.29. They took the money from my bank could not fulfill my order for the phone. I requested a refund and getting the runaround for over two weeks now I want my money back. They keep saying that the money was never taken from my bank, but I have sent them proof that money was taken from my bank And I want my money back.

    I paid a phone bill and received a new sim card from QLink ************************* service was disconnected and ive been trying to get in contact with someone. the company has now switched over to StandUp Wireless and i have not been able to get in contact with them. Ive called for hours but they keep hanging up on me. i need my account number and transfer pin to move to a different network. the company StandUp wireless has hung up the phone and redirected me to their website, a website that currently does not work.

    Q link changed to stand up and I have been trying to get my account number and my pin from them for over three weeks. Every single time I get on the phone with them it says your wait time is than 10 minutes and then I sit on the phone for two or three hours before I hang up a lot of times. I choose the have them call you back option they never call back. Im trying to change my service because this is the most horrible service Ive ever had in my life. I live in ********* ********* and I travel all over the place. I have never got more than 2 MB per second worth of data speed Anywhere in The ************************! It should be illegal to cap someone speed where they cant even look up a dang map on ********** All I wanna do is change my service and they are making it impossible to do that which goes against the guidelines of the federal program!! I have to change and keep my number because I Have customers that call me on this number!!!!! I cant get anything out of them not an account number not a pin nothing and when I call customer service it says I dont exist. My number doesnt exist. STAY AWAY!! Ive been with about 6 government providers and Ive NEVER EVER BEEN WITH ONE THIS HORRIBLE! They dont care about you! There are times that on the second day of the month they try saying Ive used all my data and prompt me to buy more its all a scam because I have all of my apps for like 3 turned off where they dont use data and I had barely been on my phone in that 48 hours and then they told me I was out of data and prompted me to buy more. They just want your money and thats it.! They know people cant operate their cell phones without data and thats how they get you! I have never ran out of data with any other place or business that I have been with with that ACP or the lifeline program! NEVER . Now all of a sudden, Im running out every single month by the first week Btw IF you get a pin your Account only stays unblocked for 48 hours so its impossible.

    I think this company is a scam, they don't respond to my emails and when you call and choose options they never answer, and when I chat online they want private information.

    I signed up for Lifeline with Stand-Up Wireless. I had not heard of them But was given a brochure when I met with *********** (I'm not sure if it's the *** or Lifeline). I filled out an application maybe about 4 months ago (November). I haven't received the phone yet! I have had service thru Lifeline before. And usually don't have this problem. I keep submitting paperwork to the other (middleman agency) but still nothing. I haven't been able to resolve this either. I'm sure I have emailed or called at least 1/2 dozen times. Here is the number that showed as confirmation/order # ********. The last name might be different-
