      Sorry I have to give such a low rating but how are you suppose to feel when it takes a business over 30 days to issue you a credit after they have received your return which I confirmed with the tracking number I sent the product back with in perfect condition ?
      I hate returning merchandise but it happens with online sales and a company should be capable of issuing a credit IMO in one weeks time after receipt and inspection. It is impossible to get their customer service to answer the phone so I sent an email and it took 3 days for a reply to notify me that they are a small company and receive over 400 returns a day. OK, right there tells you they know what type of manpower they should allot to processing returns but they choose to take your money in a heartbeat but returning it is a very low priority. This is the second experience I have had of this kind with a credit and there will not be another and its to bad but I don't do business with people that are unscrupulous as these people are. J*** ********

      We apologize for any delay in returns/exchanges as we had 2 'holidays' fall within one week as well as our year end inventory count which added delays to our processes. We processed this customer's refund today as a customer courtesy.

      Do not buy from Carbon 2 Cobalt. The clothes are overpriced and are not true to size. However, the bigger issue is that they charge a high price for shipping, and in order to return, you are responsible for return shipping cost. I returned an item, due to size issue, on 12/5/22. When I reached out to Carbon 2 Cobalt email - they replied that the item was received in their warehouse on 12/13/22. They never notified me that they had received my return item. I followed up today on my return, it is 1/3/22. My return has still not been processed which means that Carbon 2 Cobalt took the item back and never reimbursed me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Did not receive the return shipping label with the order so I called to request one. Said it would take 2 to 3 hours to receive. Called back the next day due to not receiving it and was told 2 to 3 days to receive it. Each time I called it took 30 minutes to get to talk to customer service. Finally got the label on the 3rd day. After reading the reviews here I dread how long it will take to reimburse my money. Was not impressed with the quality of a 90.00 shirt or their customer service!! Will not be ordering from them again.

      This is peak return/exchange season so our hold times are a bit longer than the rest of the year. Also, during the last week, we've been closed for a few business days due to 2 holidays existing within 1 week. Thank you for being patient with response time during peak return/exchange season as well as being closed for the holidays.

      We will refund shipping/handling charges for both of the orders placed by this customer for any inconvenience. I do see that this customer just received a return label around 1 week ago, and our return process takes 2-3 weeks to receive and process during this time of the year. We handle returns/exchanges as most other companies as we are not Amazon and should not be compared as such.

      I ordered two items and did not have issues with shipping (meaning the time it took or shipping charges). The Henley is a cute shirt and well made, but if you are under the impression that boucle yarns should be soft, you are mistaken. It is completely skritchy, even after two washes.
      The chenille hoodie is cool looking and, as one would expected from chenille, fairly soft. Again, seems well made but the zipper catches on the cloth in both back and front, no matter how slowly I pull it up. Had I been able to try it on before buying, I would have left it at the store for this very reason. Life is too short to mess around with zippers!

      Horrible customer service. I did a simple return. I called 3 day after I got UPS confirmation and proof of signature that my return was received. I was checking on the date I would see the credit card credited. They said,we can't refund you you. We don't see the item in our system as being returned. They then tell me it it a "proces". So I asked "what is the process? Sholdn't return merchandise be scanned when it comes back so it doesn't float around and get lost?" They had no answer (btw the call was after numerous emails). The emails had said I have to wait 10-14 days for a return to be processed. The CS on the phone said it take up to 21 days! Never once did anyone go off script and say they would look into something or try to expedite or even ask whe the reurn was coming back? hint hint Carbons cobalt - when you have someone returning something, there is an interaction from an active buyer. It's you best chance to convert the return into a sale. That's why many stores offer you a limited time coupon to buy something when there is a return. You go like this " Sorry the item didn't work out, we'll process the return in a couple of days. In the interim, we want to to take a look at our xxx line and because you are an existing customer, we will still give you 10% off on any non sale item because we value you..." Nope- I got multiple excuses including "we are a small business. As if being a small company means bad customer service is to be expected. Anyway - they are dealing with my bank as I told them the story that C2C would not process my return even though the merchandise was returned and I have proof it

      This customer emailed us about his return, and we asked him to be patient in that it takes us 2-3 weeks during a holiday season to receive and process returns/exchanges. We are not Amazon. Most companies do not have the turnaround time Amazon does for returns. It is not common.
      We have a small but robust return/exchange department, and they do their best to make sure the return process is the least amount of time we can adhere to. This customer's refund was processed yesterday as a customer courtesy due to his complaint.

      I was going to order a shirt (whiteout oxford).
      but changed my mind when I saw the ridiculous shipping charge ($11.95 on an $89 item).
      and read the unfavorable reviews on customer service.
      shipping s/b free to be competitive.

      It seems that this person didn't take the time to contact our customer service department as we can always provide a free standard shipping/handling code anytime someone just asks us. Unfortunately, most people can take the time to post negative reviews about companies from time to time, but less people take the time to post positive reviews. We have a very large, loyal customer base.
      We can offer free shipping/handling fees both ways for people to try us on their own and make up their own mind.

      Don’t buy here. I believe they have little to no inventory. They wait until they have enough orders for an item to meet the manufactures minimum order then China goes to work. 2 months later you will be told your order has shipped. Now I wait to see if that is true.
      Without even seeing the item I ordered I will never order from them again. Life is too short to deal with lousy service.

      The item this customer ordered was on back order at the time he placed his order, and the item shipped within the allotted timeframe for this back order shipment. The package is in transit to him know and the expected delivery date is today. If an item is on an order is on back order, this is stated at the time of the order as well as in the email order confirmation the customer receives.
