      Absolutely terrible customer service.
      Went round and round with them before Christmas. Ordered an expensive jacket that was not delivered on time. I kept checking location of package. It started out in California, then to Chicago, about 30 miles from our home, then was sent back to California, then to Chicago and from there to Wisconsin. The 3 employees I talked to all responded as if this was all normal. They kept giving me dates when item would arrive and of course, did not because was in another state.
      I was asking to have the item shipped overnight and was refused. Was told repeatedly item would be there by Dec 23 and it wasn’t. Jacket was ordered on 12/03 and received late on December 24th after our family Christmas celebration.
      I also find it very interesting that there is no way to leave a review on their site. I called and inquired about this and was told it was not available.
      Also, returns are extremely expensive. Cost $20 to return 1 pair of sweatpants 2 weeks ago and still has not been refunded to my account.

Unfortunately, couriers do mis-sort packages from time to time especially during the holidays, and we must wait the standard 5-9 business days to see if the package will arrive before we re-ship any 'lost' packages. I am not able to locate this order for a jacket in our system using this email address, there are other items in orders using this email address.       Design of clothing is interesting and caught my eye. On the other hand the quality is poor on each of three styles ( 4 garments) I purchased. Fabrics are not sponged or preshrunk. Technical knowhow is missing (I was a VP manufacturing and consultant in the women's better contemporary market). Overall, the company is salvageable with a dedicated commitment from top management... we'll see. Prices are high enough to deliver a quality product. Compared to LL Bean quality, they have a long road to travel

      The clothes I received are poor quality. not only are they poor quality, but they are also very expensive. I put the sweatpants in the wash. My husband is 6 foot and when I took them out, they fit me. I am 5 foot one. They didn’t let me know when I purchased this item that it would shrink this much in the wash. They sent me an email a few weeks after I made the purchase that you should hang dry their clothing after a cold wash is done. The sweatpants were very expensive. Clothing should not shrink that much if you pay these kind of prices.

      Nice looking clothing - but nothing available for men who are offensive linemen size. Men's size 3XL Tall does not show in their offerings. They should stop sending their catalogs to me.

      Two weeks ago I made a purchase of two summer season items that were listed as being in stock on the website. I received the first item and was still waiting for the second to be delivered when I decided to check the shipment tracking. The second item had no expected delivery date. When I looked up the item on the website a new availability date was posted. No email was received notifying me of a delay in delivery.
      I ordered seasonal clothing in May expecting it to arrive in June so I can have it for vacation in July. Now it won't be delivered until August!

      Our back order dates are listed 2 times on our website when placing an order before checking out. Also, the email order confirmation lists the back order date as well. This customer's item will be shipping tomorrow since the back order date was 6/7, and we ship back orders within 2 business days of the date. Tomorrow will be 2 business days, and I'll upgrade the shipping to expedited courier so he can receive this item quickly.

      Return process is terrible, asking to use packing receipt that has long been in the trash. Website description of products lack details about the delivered product.

      I show that we were able to assist this customer by setting up for UPS to email him a return label. When this customer emailed us, his package had only been delivered 5 days prior so it was appropriate for us to believe that he still had the enclosed return label; however, when he said he didn't, we had another option with no issue.

      Terrible customer service. On hold once for 30 min, second time over 40 before hanging up. Delivery fee is ridiculous and very little discounts offered. Really wanted one item but I took all the issues as a sign to run the other way from this company.

      We apologize for any inconvenience as we are in the midst of our summer 2 catalog drop last week and this week, and we are receiving a higher amount of calls than anticipated with short staffing. We do see that this customer was able to place an order yesterday 5/27/24 on our website and received free shipping. We can assist with a free shipping/handling code anytime anyone sends us an email, and if you cannot reach us quickly, we'd be happy to refund that fee for you at a later time as well if you just send us an email with the request.

      Hello, first let me say I have never spoke to customer service reps like at Carbon2Cobalt. Complete disdain for the customers needs with zero cooperation to help solve the problem. It feels like I’m speaking to a robot customer service rep. Second, the inventory is not updated on the Cart so I purchased a shirt and didn’t realize it was out of stock for another 5weeks until I received the confirmation email. This then turns into a call to the robot customer service rep who offers no real help and is unapologetic. Now the problem is the shipping. The shipping is based on your order and then you only receive one item so it’s expensive for the customer to pay $20 for only one item shipped. If the customer service was better I would try one more time but after speaking to two emotionally detached representatives I will never try again. I’ve been going to Johnston and Murphy online. Better clothes same styles and same prices with great customer service.

We list the dates of any back ordered items when placing an order on our website 2x before proceeding to checkout and in our email confirmation to the customer. We listened to the calls the customer mentioned, and the representatives were friendly and not robotic; however, this customer wouldn't let the representatives speak and was also raising his voice quite a bit so the representatives were doing the best they could in this situation. Since this customer was upset, we should have offered to refund his shipping/handling fee at the time, and this is something the representatives will be coached on. We will be issuing the refund for this fee within the next week.
