I own and operate a small business. A Practical Print representative contacted my office and solicited my business for print supply services. We purchased an order of printer ink and it was delivered as agreed.

We subsequently bought a printer drum from them on 8/27/2024 for $483.05. I realized we did not need this item. We contacted Practical print, requested a refund, and they agreed. The representative said the package had already been sent, so we would need to mail it back to them. He said a refund would be issued to the card used to make the purchase as soon as they received the returned package. We received the package and immediately mailed it back to them.

As of 10/23/2024, we still had not received a refund. We called Practical Print to ask why there was a delay. The representative apologized for the delay and assured us it would be processed promptly. He attempted to sell us more products and we declined. After getting off the phone, we were surprised to see a new charge of $452.92 on my card from this company. I called back immediately and the rep said he thought we wanted to make the purchase and that the package had already been mailed out. Which was obviously not a credible statement.

Once we recieved the package, we promptly mailed it back. As of this time, the refund has not been received. I have since changed my credit card number, to prevent this company from making further unauthorized charges. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded the $452.92 charge, as I reported the transaction as fraudulent.

I am hoping this issue can be resolved and that this company will stop engaging in unethical and illegal, predatory practices.

This company fraudulently charged my credit card over $400. They are scammers who keep your card on file then say they're sending you something, then charge you. I never even spoke to them. My assistant said some guy called and is sending you candy and a thank you card. Then these people charged me without any authorization from me for ANY PRODUCTS $436. This is ridiculous. This company needs to be shut down.

On 11/01/2023 we received a phone call from a representative at Practical Prints (Jesse), who informed us we were such great customers that they would be sending us some free items. We did not receive any free items, instead we received toners. We instantly refused service as we were not told we would be receiving these, and then Practical Print billed our credit card $1000. They originally were going to fix the issue, but still have not. Now they will not return our phone calls.
