    This company is an absolute scam. They sent us a so-called "free" sample of printer ink, only to demand payment afterward. It's fraudulent and dishonest. Attempts to contact them were met with nothing but a voicemail, leaving no real way to address the issue. This business should be shut down, and the owners held accountable for their deceitful practices. It's utterly disgraceful.

    This business is pure foolishness. Complete lies given. We were sent a "free" sample of printer ink and subsequently told that we now must pay for said ink. This company needs to be put out of business and the owner(s) need to be apprehended for Fraud. Tried to contact the company and the only option is to leave a voicemail. Absolute utter nonsense of a company.

    Always promise free items continually send too many print cartridges for a small office-- feel very forced into purchasing--If you try to call them back they will not pick up a line directly--so it is a phone tag-- promised to take back product and give credit on items we no longer used -- no e mail with promotional items and no email to return old product--- I am over this bait and switch.

    Terrible experience! DO NOT buy from them! Very rude over the phone and they will promise you a lot of things! They guilt trip me to pay for a toner that I didn't want to begin with. Also, they say that "Free things will be sent to you" but, once you pay that invoice, they will disappear. BIG SCAM!

    We got a call from these guys saying they would love our business and that they'd be sending us some "free" toners to "try out". They claimed they were "Brother" brand. When we received them they were off brand. We then received an invoice for $190.96. In the "note to the customer" it says they are subject to our approval but goes on to say that we would be responsible for the restocking fee (30% of the invoice). No answer when I called to tell them I won't be paying this. No call back either.

    Rude and Blocked Dude from being able to consume so much valuable work time from my staff. They sent the by the word of an unauthorized purchaser using the "free" tactic then send us an invoice. We've had for several months, and he keeps calling and calling and calling!

    this company is a scam and they are a very harassing company they lie to you and try to send you fake gift cards and then they slide in there that they will charge the card they have on file to get you to buy toner. I called and told the office manager months ago. I told them to take us off their call list and they did not do it months later they called us again to make us buy more toner they also try to guilt trip us into buying from them they also promise a disneyland ticket or some ride on a boat ride if you come to visit them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SCAM YOU!!!! I would give them zero stars if I could

    This is a scam! Do not buy or let them send you anything. The "manager" is extremely rude and when I asked to return the product threatened me with lawyers. $200 of hassle. This is NOT a deal!

    0 stars. J**** ***** reached out unsolicited for a demo product and a chance to use this business for our cartridge needs. It was a free product if we are unhappy with it, and are only expected to "pay if forward" if we decide to like the product. These terms were verified multiple times over 2 phone calls prior to the product being sent. Product was received and it is off brand (never told it would be). Sent an email to Jesse requesting a return label and we are not happy with the product. This is where Jesse started to become irate and tried collecting my payment information for a restocking fee, or he would take us to collections and threatened with recordings of the conversation and the so called "contract" we entered into. Cartridge sits unopened in the office as we will never use an off brand on our printers. We are more than happy to return the unwanted product, but we will not be paying for it. This business is very unprofessional making threats of sending people to collections for the FREE Product they are trying to promote. Never answer a phone call from them.
