Case #: ********, I sent my defective Intel Core i9-14900k back, and it was delivered on 09/25/24 via **** 1Z3AX9859096396345. Intel has stated they will send me a refund check for $619.99, but stopped responding over 8 days ago. I have had to borrow money to use a temporary replacement CPU, and really need this reimbursement check for the defective CPU I sent back nearly a month ago. Please send me the check as promised. Thank you.

My ticket number or service number is ********.I am seeking a warranty exchange. This was filed on 9/20. I have received no further communication since 9/25 except when I am called in to their phone support. I have called in 3 times thus far. I now have two copy and pasted emails stating to wait 2-3 days for a call back to collect my credit card info for a rapid replacement. I have never received a call back despite being told my ticket being escalated each time I called in.I have been unable to fully utilize my PC during this time without crashing despite using Intel's BIOS fixes.

At the time of writing, the customer has been sent a processor, and we are awaiting the return of his faulty processor. Mistakes were made on our side causing a delay in processing RP's return. Although we are waiting for the faulty processor to be returned, we feel the customer's issue has now been addressed.

Purchased an i9 *****k 2 years ago. The previously undisclosed issue caused unnecessary headaches for a year before I was informed via the media of the issues. And filed warranty claim ******** on August 7th. After lackluster customer support taking an extremely long time I was able to send back the chip. I purchased out of pocket an i9 *****k chip to replace the defective one. My refund has been in limbo due to confusing an conflicting instruction on how to issue the wire transfer. And I was slated to receive a western union payment link for ******USD. They took my info and were supposed to contact me back on the 8th of October. Nobody did. After several email inquiries and no answer I called intels support line on the 10th and the agent told me I would receive an email in 24 hours after he took down my Info and placed me on hold. No email came the next day so I called back after 24 hours and they told me to continue to wait for contact. This has been extremely frustrating, seemingly by design. And nobody really cares that you spent 2 months jumping through hoops with sometimes infrequent contact. I want contact to I can get mey refund.

I opened a support case (Case #********) for my defective Intel i7 - *****K on 8/5/2024. It was determined that my *** was defective and needed replacement. I had been busy and told them multiple times that i would be sending the *** in but they randomly closed my case on 8/30/2024 which was only 25 after opening the case. I replied to the email stating it was closed that it clearly states that i have 60 days to get the processor to them and it hadn't even been 30 yet. They immediately opened another case (Case #********) that day and provided me with another shipping label. The Processor was delivered to them on 9/24/2024 *** tracking number 1Z3AX9859091988992. It has been a full week and they will not return my emails or support messages. I've sent two emails and three support messages and even attached a proof of delivery from ***. They are completely ghosting me while also having my Processor. I would like them to send me a replacement ASAP or a refund for the full MSRP for the processor.

I purchased a *****k processor from a local retailer in November 2023 for a PC build but started experiencing instability and crashes. After learning about the degradation issues that 13th and 14th generation Intel processors have faced and connecting those stories to my own experience, I filed a warranty claim for my processor on September 16th. After waiting 5 days, I received my first reply, asking me for more details, which I provided less than 3 hours after the message arrived in my inbox. I contacted Intel chat support two days later to inquire about the status of my ticket and was told to choose between either a Standard Replacement or Cross Shipping, where I'd receive a replacement CPU before I send my processor back. I picked the latter to minimize downtime and was told I would receive a call within the day to ask for my payment details. It's been several days and I've contacted Intel through chat support and phone support, but I've received no calls and the process has been stalled. Intel's left me in the dark as to the status, only emailing me once to ask about the name on the credit card that I provided, something I provided within 49 minutes of their response. Reading the experiences of other users in the same boat, it feels like the company is stalling as much as possible to send us a replacement processor, potentially from a lack of supply (though I'm forced to speculate given the silence). Resolving my problem is simple; either call me during my available hours (3-9pm each day in ET) so I can provide the payment details and receive an equivalent or upgraded processor, or refund me for the **** of the processor (I've seen Intel offer this option to other customers).

Warranty Refusal by Intel Corporation Dear *** or Madam,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Intel Corporation regarding their refusal to honor the warranty on a defective Intel 14th Generation processor I purchased. Despite following all required steps for warranty service and having a professional technician confirm that the issue lies solely with the processor, Intel has denied my warranty claim without providing any valid explanation.Issue Summary:Product Details:Model: Intel i7-14700KF Purchase Date: December 2023 Amount paid: 412 USD Problem Description:The processor I received was defective from the start, causing my PC to experience severe instability, frequent crashes, and blue screens of death. The system is unable to operate properly, even under minimal load. After seeking professional help, the issue was confirmed to be caused solely by the processor.Intel's Response:I submitted a warranty claim to Intel, providing detailed descriptions of the issues as well as the technician's report. However, Intel refused to replace or refund the product and did not offer any valid reason for the refusal. The processor is clearly defective, and Intel's decision not to honor the warranty is unjustified.Request:I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that Intel complies with its warranty obligations and provides either a replacement or a full refund for the defective processor. As a consumer, I believe I am entitled to a functioning product under Intels warranty terms, and their failure to provide this violates my consumer rights. Please feel free to contact me if you require any further information or documentation regarding this case.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.Sincerely,

The RP is attempting to return a processor for which someone else previously requested a warranty. Since the terms and conditions of our warranty stipulate that the warranty is non-transferable, the warranty process has been delayed. At the time of writing we are still attempting to resolve the issue with the RP. At this time the warranty has not been cancelled.

I am having an issue with INTEL not replacing my I7 Processor that has went bad but still under warranty. After 2 months of back and forth e-mails I finally received a shipping label to send my processor back and them replace it; however, they have had my part for the part 3 weeks and are now saying they are going to do testing to ensure that the processor is bad. I have been without my computer for months, they now have MY part and they will not send a replacement. I am unable to get ahold of anyone by phone, and email contact keeps pushing me to the next week. It has now been 4 months of total dealing with this issue and I'm no closer to resolution. I need help.

I have been in contact with intel support since 8/8/2024 when I first filed my claim. I have provided over 10 attachments and evidence to support that proves issue with graphics card. I replaced Power Supply when changing case to verify power-supply was not issue. I could no longer use the Arc A770 GPU for any tasks required. Frequent crashing and issues with playing even simple games like Counter-Strike 2. On 8/21/2024 customer service requested I send them capframeX data. This is not listed as standard for troubleshooting procedure on any forum websites or Intel websites. I am not comfortable with downloading this software. I have replaced my graphics card with a ****** RTX 3070 (Used) and all issues with the machine have immediately gone away. On 8/22/2024 I let the support staff know that I could not use the graphics card anymore and that I'd like to just have it sent in for ***. On 8/23 I recieved a message that I would get a response on 8/27/2024. The customer support agent missed their response by 3 days, response on 8/30/2024 was again saying they needed an extension to 9/3/2024. This time the response was delayed even longer to 9/10/2024 (7 days late) and again they asked for an extension to today, 9/16. There has been no attempt to rectify the situation. Stay away from Intel, their customer service is a joke.

I initiated a warranty request #******** with Intel on 8/24/2024 because my *****k is experiencing the well-known BSOD issue due to Intel's design flaw in the high-end 13/14th gen. **** The initial response from Intel customer support is swift and communications are made between 8/24 and 8/26. However, when I pointed out it's unfair for Intel to require customers to pay an additional $25 for the cross-shipping warranty option on the Intel-originated issue and asked "By any chance you can waive the $25", the customer support went missing. Despite my attempt to follow up on 8/30, no communication has been made by Intel for 5 business days from 8/26 to 8/31. Later on 9/1, the customer support agent informed me that my $25 request was pending approval. Also, Intel is out of stock of *****k and is willing to free upgrade to *****k, which is also not available at the time. In this case, they offered a refund as an option. Naturally, I have questions on whether it's a full refund or a pro-rated refund. The customer support representative went missing for another 5 days from 9/2 to 9/6. After a long wait, I finally received a reply regarding my question about the refund today 9/6, but the waiver request is still awaiting approval. This has proven to me that Intel only has a minimum intention of supporting customers in the exchange process and deliberately delaying the support process.
